HORRENDOUS customer service
HORRENDOUS customer service regarding refunds. My package has been sent back and received on June 12th. Meanwhile, I'm still getting messages from Klarna that I need to pay the full amount (when I sent back a large portion of the order). I haven't received a respons from Ethnasia in TWO WEEKS. Theyre fast with responding when they can make money, but will leave you hanging when you send stuff back.
Edit; as a response to Ethnasia's reaction - I have told MULTIPLE times that the dispute was dropped and Klarna told me to talk to Ethnasia. You did NOT respond to me in any way anymore. Even now (8th of July) you still have not responded to my mails.

10 days and still no delivery
10 days and still no delivery. I am all for supporting small businesses, especially ones that does seem to be as soulful as Ethnasia. But the shipping takes forever and it has nothing to do with being international. I recently ordered from other small business in Greece and the delivery was processed and happened within a week. I am really disappointed at this point.

Too pricy for the low quality
They are not as good quality as they claim. I ordered two rings and 3 bangles. On the 27€ ring the gold colour coating is already coming off after a few uses. The other one has little scratches, too. It's not like I'm chopping wood in a forest with them. If they get so scratched so easily then they are not worth the price at all. The bangles look quite cheap as well. Considering I spent about £70 in total on these items, the quality is highly disappointing.
I wrote to them about the ring that had the coloured coating coming off just to get a reply from them trying to appease me with 20% off on my next purchase within 2 months. Absolutely no responsibility for the quality of their products. Laughable. I will shop elsewhere in the future.
