Been with this company for 35 years (and Club copying before Ethos took over) now threatening to take us to court for an invoice that was never due. Their copier breaks down & confirmed beyond repair from their engineers and they want to charge for not giving notice to terminate. Why should we pay for not being able to use equipment that belonged to us and is broken. Obviously they have the hump for us not taking another machine from them (reason being they were twice the price of a competitor). Disgusting behaviour as far as we are concerned. The only thing i can imagine is they must be going through hard times.

Pawel's support during his visit today was great!
He managed to solve an issue which was creating documents to print mirror-image of the originals.

He extended his support to another unit and solved a number of issues there.

We had Tomasz in for our office printer training and he was great - he's been in a few times before for repairs or any issues we've had. He's always prompt with his responses to any questions via email.

Myself and my colleague are feeling a lot more confident with how the printer works and it's capabilities now.

The two engineers arrived early, were well-dressed and really knew their game. They were swift in installing the new printer, explained things really well and were excellent company whilst they were here. If only all companies could be so well represented by their staff.

Kyle is so accommodating and knowledgeable. Always keeps us informed on progress. He never lets us down, will always come out to us when we need him. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Kyle came and fixed both our printers giving advice on how to maintain them ourselves. This was particularly useful as most copiers today do not come with a training package. His manner was friendly and helpful, thank you Kyle

Printer wasn't printing clean pages, Kevin came out same day, identified the problem and ordered us the part we needed, also replaced other items on the machine! Great, quick, friendly service.
