Michal at Eros Escapes was considered from start to finish- understanding what we wanted through to little things like sending a guide book of Bali to us to help us get the most from our holiday. Michael planned an outstanding week-long itinerary for our trip to Rome, perfectly tailored to our guidelines. We asked for a slow-paced, relaxed exploration of the Eternal City, with a focus on beautiful photo opportunities and authentic food recommendations.
While the service didn't include flights, accommodation, or attraction tickets, the custom itinerary itself was exceptional. Michael did a brilliant job creating a very flexible plan. This was a huge advantage when we had a day of bad weather; since we didn't have any ticketed attractions scheduled, we could easily swap two days in the itinerary, and everything still worked together seamlessly.
