scammer for ticket new year eve london.

This website is a scam. Please don't use. They charged £250 for tickets which cost £40 directly. The handling fee alone was three times more than the tickets cost. I have tried to resolve this directly with them and have requested a refund but this is refused. I have seen they are selling Glastonbury 2025 tickets on the website but this is impossible as Glastonbury has strict rules about tickets touting. Please avoid!

These guys are great to work with. I contacted support and they were able to accommodate my last minute request. Great communication and clear instructions. I appreciate the effort!

Last minute request the morning of an event and I was met within 3 hrs to collect the ticket. Doesn’t get better than that. Rosie

This site was the only place able to get tickets to the event we wanted to attend. I had never used the site before and wasn't sure it would be ok but they continued to be extremely responsive as I waited assuring me the tickets would be transfered, and they were. I would definitely buy from this site again.

Very good services

I have no idea where all the positive reviews came from. Purchased Olympics tickets almost 4 months before. Call and ask a few times weeks before the events. Been told we will get the tickets 3-7 days before the events as in term and conditions. Come to last week before events. Told by their ‘excellent’ customer service to go away and don’t call and Just wait. Well they sent us two wrong tickets and expect us to accept it and kept quiet. Come to the day before the event and still no tickets. They admit their tickets supplier can’t provide the tickets and hence no tickets for us. All the money spent on flights and accommodation is gone. We ask for a full refund. They said they will process it straight away. After a week we called again to ask for it. They told us to communicate by email. And not to call up and jamming their phone line. Is that how you treat your customer who spend close to 3k British pounds for 4 tickets. Appalling and awful experience. If I can give zero star. I would have done so.

As a first time purchaser, I was a bit skeptical. The process was well explained, and the whole system worked perfectly. I received my ticket as scheduled, and it was an excellent seat.
