I bought a til at Etiden which had a wrong item description on the website! Upon wanting to return the item and buying a new till within weeks at the same shop, Etiden didn't let me return the til. I have never experienced such bad customer service with any other online shop before. Definitely do NOT recommend Etiden to anyone as they won't reimburse you if 2 weeks are gone by!

Dear Customer, unfortunately we have a period of 14 days to be able to return a product, according to our return policies that are public and shared both on the Return Policy page and in the Purchase Conditions. We have to have, like any store, a maximum return period in your case was more than 30 days.
