You need more customer service people

You need more customer service people. I was on the phone waiting for over an hour only to be told my free tickets I received when I renewed my membership couldn’t be used due to black out dates. A greedy rule. For the money you charge for tickets and memberships, I’d think you could afford more employees so one wouldn’t need to wait so long for service. The person that did help me was polite and helpful.

Easy Process

The tickets were complete, sent on time, and easy to print. The instructions given for how to print and send to Apple Wallet made the whole process very easy.
