Having started this process back in november, I am know a few months after starting. The service has been great and a really helped, the prossess is not a quick fix but now being able to see things more clearly it has really helped. The follow up meeting and have access to help when needed has been really good.
i had an online adhd assessment and it was a very thoughtful and empathetic exploration of the disorder and the way it affects my life and identity. the diagnosis was quick with no unnecessary waiting which is always a big plus
"The team at Eton Psychiatrists, especially Sara and Dr. Ukaegbu, provided exceptional support during a very challenging period. Their empathy and professional integrity made a real difference in my life. I cannot thank them enough for their help and understanding."
Dr Kalafatis was great. I’d been putting the assessment off for a period of time and honestly just wish I’d done it sooner.
Tara McCloskey is absolutely brilliant, she has been instrumental in helping me to fully understand how my neurodivergent brain works and how best to support myself, to unmask and be my true self. I am forever thankful for this.
Dr. Rostamipour provided an exceptionally thorough assessment and treatment process for my son. Although my son had previously been diagnosed through the NHS, he did not feel validated by the original assessment, the treatment goals were unclear, and the benefit from his primary medication was minimal.
Dr. Rostamipour and his multidisciplinary team took time to explain neurodiversity in a clear, structured, and respectful way. They helped my son understand how ADHD affects his functioning, learning, and daily life, and set clear, realistic goals for treatment. This clarity made a significant difference to his engagement and confidence.
The medication titration process was carefully managed, patient, and evidence-based. Adjustments were made gradually and safely, with close monitoring. Importantly, the medication supported my son’s focus and functioning without altering his personality, which was a major concern for us as parents.
The entire process — including communication with the administrative team and coordination with the pharmacy — was smooth, efficient, and reassuring. Everything was well organised, straightforward, and handled with genuine care, which greatly reduced stress for both my son and our family.
As a result of this comprehensive and approach, my son is now more engaged in his education, functioning better day to day, and moving towards greater independence. He is more hopeful about his future and feels properly understood for the first time.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Rostamipour to families seeking clear, compassionate, and clinically robust ADHD care delivered with professionalism and humanity.
My review pertains to my experience of diagnosis and ongoing treatment for adult ADHD with Dr Rostamipour from first email contact and completion of my initial titration phase to our currently ongoing clinical relationship.
Dr Rostamipour has been excellent on all fronts for me.
Organisation: Responses via email from start to finish from the admin have been efficient and professional. Any issues that have been experienced have been minor and were resolved efficiently and professionally. For example, when a prescription has been incorrect and I have requested an amendment the response has been swift.
All appointments, be them online or face-to-face, have been readily organised without issue. Any information regarding the process ahead of me was included in email attachments ahead of any booking or payment.
It has been smooth.
Pre-assessment forms: I was required to complete in-depth forms on my experiences that included qualititative responses as well as a likert scale questionaire. Another qualititative form to be completed by someone close to me was also a pre-requisite before my assessment.
As a Psychology graduate, the depth of background information required of me was a reassuring and encouraging way to start. Even if it may be that such forms are a standard practice.
The Assessment: I had my assessment at Harley Street where I found a comfortable environment and polite staff. Dr Rostamipour welcomed me upstairs and we undertook the interview and assessment. During which I was nervous due to the weight of the prospective outcome for me personally and those close to me. I found Dr Rostamipour to be calm and professional which which assuaged my anxiousness. We had an interruption from someone finding their way about the building and Dr Rostamipour directed them politely but with a firm manner. I found this highly encouraging as I percieved this to be respectful of my time and money. He then sat back down and asked me if I felt it was too strong a reaction. I found this humourous and self-reflective. He is a Psychiatrist so one expects a high degree of intelligence, but I found this to be a witty and dynamic way of simultaneously calming me and building our rapport.
Throughout the assessment Dr Rostamipour demonstrated high levels of perspicacity while also being warm and humourous. I got the distinct impression of both an experienced professional at work and the sympathetic personality of a man that cares.
He diagnosed me positively with ADHD and asked me to take an online ASD questionaire to inquire into a slight suspicion that he had.
Titration: After positive diagnosis for ADHD and no further action taken for ASD due to a low score on the questionnaire appointments moved to online meetings. The plan was thorough and included a months long plan to optimise the dosage of 2 medication brands for contingency purposes.
What I found most positive beyond this was the holisitic nature of the approach. The medication needed to work for those close to me as well so I included their feedback. My relationship with my girlfriend has since improved and I credit my thorough and holisitic titration with Dr Rostamipour as significant.
Dr Rostamipour made it clear what was needed from me as well as what he would provide throughout and we worked together to find my optimal dosages to assure me that I shall not need to worry about being without medication while I handle my new diagnosis.
Our clinical relationship has continued in the same vein as we started it. Dr Rostamipour being professional and relaxed which has reassured me of the process.
Ongoing and future plans: Dr Rostamipour has requested that I retain a keen eye on my cardiovascular health while medicated by taking blood pressure measurements and booking a cardiology appointment. He has also suggested that our next appointment be in the summer and for me to come to him with a plan for my future. This has maintained my attention and direction towards a goal for my ADHD management that seems to me more sophisticated and of a higher order than just 'getting in touch' again if I need any assistance. It also shows me a higher level of investment and care than I would have thought to expect before I started this journey.
Since my last appointment: My first phase of titration ended in December and since then I have seen my ADHD symptoms significantly reduced. However, it is my newfound confidence and vision in/for my life that I value as the highest benefits. I have applied for PhD programmes, developed my relationships, improved my phyical health...become a more serious person and citizen.
Where once I was frustrated at my inhibited abiltiy to reach a potential I suspected I was capable of, I am now working towards it confidently.
So yes...5 stars.
If in doubt please book an assesment. It has changed my life. Just flawless service. Dr Rostamipour was empathetic and really listened to my issues. Diagnosis was prompt and medication arrived quickly. Follow ups have all been great. My adhd being properly medicated has improved literally my entire life. I cannot recommend enough.

Listened and explored in detail history, without judgement, beginning first to focus, no matter what struggles history may have presented, on what can be identified as solutions for moving forward and to better understand one’s self.

Despite having complex medical issues, an already heavy medication load and plenty of reasons to perhaps see a probable ADHD diagnosis as the least of my concerns, I decided to approach Dr Rostamipour on recommendation. I found his approach to be much more than just a 'yes you have ADHD characteristics - here's the meds' approach. Dr Rostamipour has coordinated with the rest of my medical team to offer me a treatment plan that is carefully monitored, safe and complementary. I've found the effects of the treatment to be far more profound than expected and Dr Rostamipour has encouraged me to see the progress made so far to be just the beginning. Recognising and combatting the most destructive traits driven by ADHD has enabled me to see I have far more agency and personal resource to overcome the many challenges I currently face. This has been a very positive experience.
At first i was definitely anxious (seeing as most psychiatrist appointmentsin the past i leave on the verge of tears) but dr was very patient and calming. Made sure i was comfortable and happy to continue throughout the session. I left feeling very heard and understood whereas in the past i have definitely felt over looked. I am positive that my care will be a very good experience for me and pave a clearer way to a new start for me :)
Dr Hossein Rostamipour : I write this report to express my gratitude to Dr Hossein Rostamipour and his Collegue's at Etonpsychiatrists who rescued me from a living nightmare when others in the industry failed to offer any solution. My first appointment was with Dr Hossein in September 2025 and he listened to my problems which was the denial of contact with two young daughters for over 5 years. The Courts decision was based on the reports from three Psychologist's one being appointed by the court.Dr Hossein evaluated these reports and concluded that they were not valid as they violated most of the principles and procedures required to comply with a psychological evaluation of a person. He set up a fully evaluation program which involved four other leading experts in the field of psychology for a full detailed evaluation of everything about me. It quickly became obvious to me that Dr Hossein was a man of high principles and integrity and justice was his primary objective and not money. The court has now accepted to reconsider their decision taking Dr Hossein and his colleagues reports into consideration. 2026 now appears to be the year when my two young daughters basic Human Rights will be restored and they will have their father back into their lives. Dr Hossein has clearly demonstrated he is not afraid "TO SWIM AGAINST THE TIDE" even when it involves challenging his own profession when he sees injustice. A truly brave man and a credit to his profession. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.Sean

Dr Hossein Rostamipour was exactly what I was looking for when it came to my ADHD management. Too many psychiatrists will just diagnose and give medication without the assessing all the other lifestyle factors. Dr sat with me for 1+ hr looking at my lifestyle trying to work out the best plan for me which mixes medication with lifestyle factors to achieve long term success, not just short term.
Dr Rostamipour's help changed my life for the better.
I seeked a private autism diagnosis back in June through Harley Street and was referred to Dr. Rostamipour.
Dr. Rostamipour's due diligence, his attention to detail on my behavior and speech during the autism diagnosis made me realise that I also had ADHD alongside my autism, which I never suspected. His patience and understanding throughout the process made feel very at ease, as I was initially anxious. He clearly communicated the information and steps all throughout, while giving me a lot of room, and is overall a very approachable person and a professional at heart.
Since the reveal of my ADHD during said autism diagnosis, I conducted my own research into it - what it is, how it can be managed both with or without medication. Dr. Rostamipour's resources that were provided following the autism diagnosis were a good starting point in my search. I followed up with an official ADHD diagnosis in July, and getting medication was an informed choice of my own (e.g., Dr. Russell Barkley's videos I found on YT were incredibly informative), which Dr. Rostamipour helped me all throughout by working alongside me across the titration process. Salma, the administrator for Dr. Rostamipour, was also of great help. I appreciate the time flexibility with booking meetings and the clear communication in emails.
I am eternally grateful for both of their unwavering support and patience.
Since my assessment and titration, I have noticed significant improvements; it has really helped with so many aspects of my life. My psychiatrist explains everything clearly, and the report was very straightforward. Appointments are well organised, and support is available if I have any queries.
Dr Rostamipour is an excellent psychiatrist. calm, patient, and genuinely caring. I’ve felt real progress since starting sessions with him and always leave feeling lighter and more understood.
I was referred to Dr Rostamipour, and I have found him to be very responsive and professional.
I was hesitant about private psychiatry, after previous experiences. But dealing with Dr Rostamipour and his secretary Salma has been amazing.
Appointments have been scheduled promptly, and around my life. Responses to questions via email have been quickly responded too.
When I received my report from the initial consultation, it was I depth and I felt that I had truly been listened too.
Had a good and informative Consultation with Dr. Hossein Rostamipour, and his Secretary Salma was very helpful and friendly.
I recently had an appointment with Dr Obioha Ukaegbu who was absolutely lovely. He reviewed my medical history and discussed my options with me, offering his advice but respecting my autonomy, guiding me to make choices about my treatment with his support. Clearly a knowledgeable and kind person, and good at what he does.
As someone with multiple comorbid conditions I've been turned away from both NHS and select private healthcare services when seeking support, but Dr Ukaegbu was patient and considered the importance of recognising that certain conditions interact with each other, rather than just focusing on the ADHD he was treating.
I've also encountered Dr Rostamipour and, like many other reviews here, can only compliment both gentlemen as knowledgeable, kind and very competent.
The administrator, Salma, is really efficient and pleasant, too, responding to emails swiftly and offering me a couple of different options for appointments fitting around my busy work schedule.
Eton Psychiatrists as a team clearly understand the importance of putting their clients at ease in order to empower them in their own care, regardless of condition.
For anyone looking for warm and considerate care, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. My thanks to Dr Ukaegbu!
I was very nervous in my initial meeting with Dr Rostamipour, but his relaxed demeanour soon dispelled this. I was impressed by his knowledge of my history and the conclusions he drew from the information I sent in advance. The questions he asked during the session, and what my answers revealed, made me reevaluate some lifelong judgements I had about myself. I like that he was incisive, looked at all the evidence from a 360 standpoint and, at appropriate moments, brought a few hints of humour into our exchange which also helped me to relax.
