The mobile number that received the top-up (+93 781467588) does not belong to me. I did not intend to send money to this number.
Therefore, I kindly request that you investigate this transaction and help me resolve the issue. If possible, please assist me in reversing the payment or providing more information about how this transaction was processed.

I paid for a $280 data plan on March 09 2026 and The service was never received on the phone number. I emailed my complaint to BMobile today and have not received any response.
