False advertising of bundle
Update:
As of today’s date February 26th 2026. There has been no resolution to my complaint regarding the matter which I highlighted below. This is unacceptable !!!
On the website, I chose the option to purchase the 7 day bundle. I was charged a service fee plus a PayPal fee but never got access to the 7 day bundle . I was sent $99 credit.
One would expect after choosing the seven day bundle that you would receive what was offered in the seven day bundle. I chose that option specifically because my 30 D data plan expired and I needed seven more days of data usage before flying out of the country.
I have to give this a bad review because of the misinformation that is on the website.
I sent an email and a response does not match up to my complaint. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never use this service ever again.

On the page the option to open top up doesn’t work with one click. I usually have to hold down the screen and select open in a new tab for top up page to open.
