Satisfied buyer

Ordered my new Oppo Find X8 Pro on Etoren website. Took about 2,5 weeks until delivery. Don't worry if you get no shipping updates, because it will just be delivered without shipping updates. A day ahead you will be notified about the delivery and can adjust delivery options.
The (global version) phone came with USB cable AND Charger, though a UK plug that's useless here in EU. (But I still have my Oppo 65W charger that will do the job)
I'm very satisfied with Etoren and would order again.

Very good service

I was skeptical when I placed the order, however, everything went very smoothly. I received regular updates and the item was delivered in less than a weeknfromnkrodering. Very pleased with the service and product.

Received an opened mobile box – very disappointed

I ordered a mobile from Etoren, and when I received the package, the mobile box was already opened. This is completely unacceptable for a brand new product. I have video proof of the unboxing clearly showing that the seal was broken. It raises serious doubts about the product's authenticity and handling.

Very bad experience – I expected better professionalism and quality control. I won’t be ordering from here again unless there’s a strong explanation and improved packaging standards.

We are an established ecommerce store and have high standards of product handling to our our orders. The item you ordered has to be unsealed to activate honor warranty by distributor and packed in original condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide warranty if the unit is not activated before shipping. If you wish to, we can replace an unsealed set to you but please note warranty is not applicable. You may contact our customer support for this. We also understand that parcels to India are 100% opened by customs for checking and permit application is required. You may know of this process as you were definitely contacted by custom for it. We suggest that you contact your broker or custom authorities directly to verify that the parcel was opened by customs as they often do not pack item back in original condition. We hope you can verify this fact and hopefully revise your feedback to us as we are not able to manage any local custom procedures. Thank you for your kind understanding

I never have any issues purchasing from…

I never have any issues purchasing from Etoren, from ordering/payment to DHL delivery ; with delivery time of 2 weeks to Australia pretty much every time, and the packaging is always robust. If my item is not available they message me to advise on options. They are a little more expensive but the service is good.

Expected the worst, got the best :)

Never heard about the site before, so I took a leap of faith and made a very expensive order of Huawei Mate XT Ultimate. The expected delivery date was ~a month and a half into the future, and for the first month the order status didn't really get any updates (just processing). Turns out... EVERYTHING WORKED! The delivery estimate was ~correct (I got it a few days early), the phone is real and fully working. And pretty amazing, tbh. It's also brand new, no quality issues here. The package was very well protected and I didn't have to pay any customs upon receiving (Poland)

I got a fantastic product at a great price

I got a fantastic product at a great price. (I couldn't have stomached buying it at the higher UK price).
The delivery was fast enough and the two times I used the help system, they responded intelligently within 24 hours.
However, they really need to get some auto update mechanism for the 'process tracking' part of their website, because it doesn't get updated at all till the product is delivered, and that is very worrying. Honestly, it would be better to shut that page down completely, and have no tracking at all, than to have tracking which is not updated so just leaves you worried about where your money has gone. Maybe they are just rushed off their feet, or under-staffed or whatever, but they should either keep that tracking page updated, or shut it down completely!

Etoren "In Stock" isn't!

Etoren listed an item as "In Stock" charged my credit card for the full amount of over $4000 when it wasn't "In Stock."

When it hadn't shipped after three days, I had to ask what was going on. They would have just let me sit there wondering. It turns out it would be ten days or more before they expected to be able to ship. Very deceptive practice.

I have never been charge the full amount unless the item was shipping promptly.

Their response is complete BS. When it didn't ship and I asked when it would they told me about ten days for shipping not delivery. In stock is NOT.

The misunderstanding arose due to 2 assumptions made "IN stock means ship out in 2 days" and "Payment can be captured only when product is shipped".
Your order was placed on 4th June and the communicated dates before you completed checkout was "Estimated delivery 16 - 23rd June". Compared to a domestic US store, we ship worldwide and delivery dates can be very different for customers in different countries. We believe estimated delivery dates is ultimately most relevant info for customers and not despatch days which might work in USA.
There are no intention of deceptions, we have received your order, captured your payment, order is confirmed and parcel will be expected to reach you withing delivery dates communicated to you. It is a straightforward order process. We are sorry that there has been misunderstanding. We always do our best to provide accurate information in best way we can but it is inevitable that some misunderstanding can still happen, we will review what we can do to prevent similar issues.
