I bought here Elephone P8000 for 140 USD + 20 USD transportation with insurance. The price I had a guarantee tax free. Tax 42,5USD returned. I am satisfied and recommend trade.

I don't know why people would gave nagative feedbacks to this store, I personally loved this store so much. I was trying to buy elephone p2000, but they told us that elephone has good specs, but their quality is just so so. And they suggest me to buy good brand models like xiaomi, huawei, lenovo etc...so end up I tried huawei honor 6, which is a perfect phone I even got. And my friend got the elephone p2000, having a lot of troubles right after receiving it. So I want to support branded phones and etotalk.

I ordered Lenovo S960, screen protector and a case cover from etotalk.com on October 31.Please be careful if you decided to buy any product from etotalk.com. Ijust want to warn you that they don't respect thier own return policy, even if you do everything they asked. They will find some stupid excuses not to pay /like they had 25$ custom charge at first and than that the phone was scratched, since i put the case cover as soon as I received the phone). When I sent it back (they received it on 5/11/14) I left the screen protector but removed the case, in a month on Jan 7th they told me that the phone was repaired, when I refused to accept the repaired phone they told me that they paid $25 custom charge and can't refund the money, after on 9/01 they told me that the phone has scratch /impossible/ on its frame and they can't refund money, after they decided to refund me 109$ when the phones price is 159.99$ and i paid for both side shipping $27.00 to receive and 27eur to sent it back. So be careful when you order anything from them, they are liars.

Don't send back your phone , is waste of money and time .
After 8 months surprise ... i get my phone back but again i pay the shipment fee ...

I would like to explain my experience with Etotalk.
I live in Italy and I bought a Zopo C2 on June 2013 with 12 months warranty for a price of about 300 USD. It worked well just for 8 months.
After this period the device switch off alone a lot of time a day and the only way for switch on was remove battery, reinstall it and restart.
27/03/2014 I contact by email the Etotalk After Sales support explaining the problem
27/03/2014 Etotalk After Sales suggest me to flash the ROM
01/05/2014 After fash the ROM. I have the same problem
05/05/2014 Etotalk After Sales suggest me to flash the ROM with another kind

12/09/2014 I receive the phone but it’s impossible to switch it on… It doesn’t start. I contact Etotalk by email.
17/09/2014 They suggest me to contact Zopo Italia. Zopo Italia told me that they assist only its customers and that my problem is common on C2, so for their customers they replace the bad phone with another new one (octacore model).
24/09/2014 I contact by email the Etotalk After Sales asking for a replacement, but they reply that they can only resend the phone back to Zopo’s factory for test and repair.
I’ve already sent the phone for test and repair and the have returned me a phone that doesn’t work.
I need to know which was the problem found, the solution applied and the test before shipping, but today I’m still waiting the answer. I’ve asked a contact for open a claim but Etotalk doesn’t reply.
24/10/2014 As an alternative, Etotalk offer me a discount of 20 usd for buy a new phone !!!!!
They said also that the warranty depends only by Zopo's factory!!!
I have posted my opinion in Etotalk FB page, but they have removed the post and now I cannot write or comments!!!

Their one-year warranty is a scam. I bought a phone from them on 3 Apr 2014. Sent back the phone due to faulty network problem on 13 Aug 2014 with tracking number RC625448365SG. Phone was delivered to a China post office on 19 Aug 2014. But they stubbornly refused to collect the item from the China post office for over two months. In Oct 2014, they finally said they collected the phone and have sent the phone to their factory for repair. However, I told them from the start that I wanted a replacement not repair. They did not clarified with me they cannot do a replacement or refund at that time. Now I have even asked them to return the phone directly to me without repair. Again, they refused to follow my instruction. Very horrible experience which lasted over 2 months. I have since given up on hopes of getting my phone or money back. After reading similar complaints from other customers, I realized their modus operandi is the same. If you return your defective item to them, they will delay you for two months claiming that the item is not delivered to them. After that time, they will tell you they collected the item, and sent it to factory for repair. Again, another delay where they tell you they will push the factory to repair - but there is forever no final outcome on this. If you had unfortunately bought a phone from them, and your phone encounters a problem, please NEVER send back the phone to them. You will get so frustrated with them telling you the phone Is not delivered to them (despite the tracking number showing the phone is ready for pickup). And after they finally tell you they collected the phone (which is after a long time of 2 months) - they will tell you the phone is sent back to factory for repair (although I asked for a replacement). There is no one-year warranty at all. I have since bought the same phone elsewhere which made me realized two new points. First, Etotalk charges you if you want the original packaging to be shipped to you. However, there are many other sellers who ship the original packaging without extra charges. Second, I noticed the security seals on the phone battery are missing in the phone I got from Etotalk, whereas the new phone that I have has all the security seals intact. This means Etotalk has very likely sold me a REFURBISHED phone - not a brand new phone! This may be the reason why they want to charge you if you ship the item in original packaging - so that they can disguise a refurbished phone as a brand new phone. In conclusion, this is an extremely unethical company that you need to stay away from.

i bought 2 phones 0n december 2013 - one umi X2 and one umi cross.
both of them came with a lot of troubles. gps, memory, disconnecting while speaking... and many other...
i send them a mail asking to solve the problems.
after annoying me with antutu checups they finally ask me to send the phones back on my own cost.
after 2 month they confirmed getting them and they said everything is ok and they don't find any problems...and they asked to pay for customs in china 25 $ and also they declared that the umi cross came with broken screen and asked me to pay for the screen.
to make the long story short, i refused to pay them any more money and remained with no phones and no money refund.
since then they ignore all my mails.

Very keen and very nice to you before they take your rmoney, but if you receive a defective unit you're in trouble - you'll loose all your money and they simply recommend that you buy another phone - AFTER having shipped (at your cost) the original back to them. Terrible - no ethics whiatsoever. STAY AWAY!!

Had a LOT of trouble with a phone bought from ETOTALK. They are very nice before you pay but after they have taken your money, you get NO after sales service. I had to send it back to them (after months of struggling), the phone was in MINT condition still, they said it was OLD And worn, damaged and too expensive to repair and I should buy another phone!! RIDICULOUS. SO I paid for a BAD phone, then PAID to ship it back to them , I have NO phone and they simply stop responding to my e-mails. This is there style - they take your money, then ignore their obligations. They are USELESS - do NOT buy from them.

Everything is wrong to etotalk.com .This china store is worst store for me from all china stores. i boght a Zopo 990+ and received a defektive one , so mutch time i send mails but nothing happen .Before buying are polite but after ?????? no answer .

I used twice Etotalk for buying dual sim mobile phones from China.

Both phones are working well and were quite cheaper than same parameters branded products.

The site still lacks on customer support, the answer times wern't the quickest and sometimes did not answer what I was really asking.

Anyhow I still would not mind to recommend this site.

Realy bad after sales service. I posted my Phone to warranty repair 06-01-2014. The parcel is from 19-01-2014 on the post in China. Etotalk from this time didnt pick-up the parcel, i sended more over 5 e-mails without reactions - only talk sweet: "shipment is not understand what we can control, it is only depend on the post office" and bla, bla, bla, bla.
Etotalk never more!!!!! KEEP AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!

I bought 3 phones from this shop. Everything was very good. In one case wasnt phone in stock, i had 2 options, moneyback or waiting + gifts. But transparently communication. In second case (2 phones together) was everything perfect. 1 day processing, 3 days DHL. Price was good too.

great phone! ordered it with etotalk rom, everything works perfectly! very fast delivery! it left china on tuesday afternoon and was in vienna already on thursday noon! that's faster than any order i ever got from germany. also no customs applied! total recommendation!

ordered my phone on 24th of July and they just told me to wait that Singpost to confirm my case. it's been already 6 month and i have just emails with apologies.
BAD after sales service. If you are lucky and phone works perfectly, you wont complain. If something doesn't work forget about etotalk as they will do about you:

I bought a Lenovo A830 from etottalk last Sunday. It arrived in UK on Friday with Google Play installed. Great phone and great service, thanks. Happy to recommend you to my friends.

I bought a phone from them which had a fault with the wireless networking.
They told me to reload the firmware - the first time they provided firmware only in Chinese. It didn't change the wireless fault.
They promised a replacement phone. I returned my phone to China. They then told me it would be returned to the factory and stopped replying to my emails.
They obviously know that because I am not in China they can do what they like and ignore customers problems.

My very bad experience

I paid for a ZOPO C2 by paypal at may 19 US$297
I bought this phone cause it's a dual SIM phone that means that you can have 2 phone number in youy device... it's have 2 sim card slots.
at may 27 I receipt my phone, I open the box and take device .... i put inside two sim cards and slot 1 dont work.
I send a lot of email to aftersales@etotalk.com and they only send me bad instructions about android engineering .... at first follow that rares instruccions...
But after 30 o more emails... but nothing works.... i got bored!
I dont have to be a android engineer to have a good device!!

I ask them for at least the half of my money., US$150 to avoid shipping return, insurance and time... and they offer me refund only US$10!!!

at present, I have a single sim 2G phone (3g only for slot1 which dont work) and nothing more...

a real scam....

I purchased already twice from them.

First order was OK, I received what I had purchased.

The only problem with all of the phones is the consumption. No one can last more than 1 day .. one day and a half.

The second order was short with one charger. It was sent in a separate package on their bill.

All phones are OK. They are still working.
