After ETO’s customer service got in touch with me regarding my complaint, I am very pleased with the friendly way they handled it. I had complained that the spout was too sharp and that one could injure oneself. The second decanter was slightly better, but still a bit too sharp. Nevertheless, once you know this, you handle it more carefully. I have also submitted a suggestion for improvement; perhaps ETO will sort it out. The wine also pours out a bit too quickly.
The wine is kept very well, in the fridge or a wine cooler at 14 degrees. ‘Decanter’ is perhaps not quite the right word, as it mainly preserves the wine rather than retaining the sediment.
It is easy to clean,and is of very high quality

I received my ETO as gift at Christmas. It works very well and looks great.

A couple of days ago the fixed seal on the valve assembly came away when I was cleaning it. I emailed customer service and received an immediate response from Bea. She sent a replacement valve free of charge which arrived less than 24 hours after my initial email. Fantastic service.

For starters, the product is excellent, it's weighty, looks great, and works perfectly. Equally as good is the customer service. I smashed the flask by accident and contacted ETO and Bea got back to me and sent me a replacement straight away FOC !!!

I received this decanter as a gift. It looks good and actually keeps the wine drinkable.
I cleaned it by hand and cut my finger on the upper spout. The edge of the spout is very sharp and not properly rounded. For this price, that's unacceptable, so I'm deducting two stars. I took a photo of it and sent it by email, but unfortunately my message was ignored, which prompts me to deduct another star from the rating.
Ignorance never goes down well with customers.

We really like our ETO decanter. It means we can open a good bottle of wine without worrying about having to finish it, as it keeps very well. After about 15 months the seals had become tainted, so I contacted customer support. They got back to me very quickly, offered to send replacement seals free of charge, and shared some useful cleaning tips. Really pleased with both the product and the service.

I read many reviews before I purchased this $200 decanter. I was so disappointed the first day I decanted my Lovely Pinot Noir into the ETO and laid it in my wine fridge and wine poured onto the floor! I contacted ETO wondering if mine was defective and they told me it is not designed to lay in a wine fridge. It must be stored upright. I am returning it.

I love my ETO. It was actually a friend who showed me his ETO in Dubai where he was given it by a client. Such a lovely, elegant, simple but practical way to decant, store and serve wine. Highly recommend.

I purchased the ETO wine decanter in copper as a Christmas gift after admiring it in my daughter’s home. It’s so elegant. I’m hoping it will be a welcome addition to a new kitchen/ bar remodel.

My 2nd ETO...I am a member of 67 PM. A year back an instagram post popped up for this band. I belong to 67 Pall Mall, Singapore. I asked the MW at the club about this product. Rave reviews. It's fantastic. I am about to order a 3rd for our home in the UK! It's excellent, elegant and does exactly what it says

This is a classy bit of kit and really works. 11 day opened wine tasted almost as good as when first opened. Excellent product

ETO has been wonderful! I placed several orders as gifts with personalization and ETO customer service was amazing every time! My questions were answered quickly, clearly and professionally. Ordering online is also very simple. Very happy customer!

My partner put the whole thing in the dishwasher and all I could taste was soap in the wine from that moment on. I ordered and paid for replacement seals and ETO contacted me to ask why… then gave me some really good tips to ways to get the detergent taste out of the silicon seals first. I was able to cancel my order and get a refund. Great service and sustainable!!

Excellent customer service. There was a delay in the product being available directly from them and I had a gift card for a product from them. They were very communicative, let me know when it was available and honored the original price of the product that the gift amount was for. They made it very easy to order, no pushback, no run arounds. Was the way customer support should be handled.

This is the best company ever. I discovered the product could be engraved and contacted Kirstie who made that happen at very short notice and was delivered 2 days later...just wow! The product itself is beautiful and very well made and packaged. Im sure my son will love and use it for many years to come. I cannot recommend this company enough and will certainly pass their product and service on to anyone looking for a significant birthday present for wine lovers.

The customer service is AMAZING and unexpected. I could not reccomend this company and their product more. Our wine remains fresh which is especially appreciated and saves us money not having to discard any because the wine stays fresh.
