I ordered Bermuda grass seeds from etree.pk, but instead they sent me fodder grass seeds (chara), not the actual lawn Bermuda grass. This grass grows up to 3 feet tall and is completely useless for a garden or lawn.
This is clearly misleading and dishonest. I wasted Rs. 15,000 on this order. Very disappointed with the service and product quality.
I strongly recommend others to avoid buying from this seller. Total fraud experience.

I received my parcel after 34 days Lol! In fact I had to push them. Furthermore, one pot is damaged and all are blue, whereas I ordered all in white.
Worst experience!

etree is a fraudulent website, they first take people's money, confirm the order and then do not reply for several days, then they reply on their official Whatsapp saying sorry, there is some problem with our orders, we send you the parcel again and that parcel never arrives, etree is fraudulent.

They are scammers, they will take your money will send you dead seeds, and will stop replying you on WhatsApp after taking your money.... Avoid these scammers...

They are scammers. My order never arrived after paying them. I will file a legal complaint.

I was a bit worried after seeing some negative reviews but went ahead and orders anyway thinking probably we are more likely to leave a negative review if it didnt work out for us.

Well, I am glad I went ahead and ordered their All purpose liquid plant food. My plants were planted in cocopeat and I have to keep feeding them with plant food, but its difficult to find something that will give consistent results in Pakistan. Having said that, their product really was solid. Its greenes up my house plants and they are noticeably bigger than before.

One tip though, I learnt it the hard way. Do not over use it, when it comes to plant food follow their instructions on their package.

I tried to do an experiment with increasing more than the recommended dose and ended up losing a plant. Not their fault though, I just wanted to see if it will make results even better.

I wish I had read these reviews before! They sell dead plants and in a horrid kind of packing. Worst thing is they will STOP replying after you complain, nothing at all! Zero customer service! Avoid ordering live plants at all costs. Grass seeds were okay but did not meet the promise of 3 day greening.

I bought soil for lucky bamboos and plant booster both are great quality. Plant booster liquid came damaged so they replaced it with a new bottle. Very knowledgeable company and professionals

Scammers. They did not deliver my prepaid order. Stopped returning calls and messages. Not giving any update or refund.

FRAUD...... THEY SELL DEAD PLANTS. DIDNT GIVE REFUND OR OFFER RETURNING THE PLANT. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HOPE THIER BUSSINESS COLLAPSES !!!!

I ordered a few plants from them. They were a little damaged during shipping. I reached out to the support. To be honest it was a slow process but they fixed it for me and they let me keep the already delivered plants as well. I just wish they can improve the overall support to get things quicker

I am a returning customer, I have shopped before as well. Usually I am here at their website for plants. This time around I needed something to feed my plants and I am glad I cam across their plant food by the name of Plant Booster. It was super convenient to use with its builtin measure. This eliminated the guess work from the whole process as I didnt want to over or under fertilize my plants.

It was very reasonably priced considering i can use the same bottle for months to feed my plants.

A warning to all those purchasing online - they dont give refunds or replacements even though they say so in their policy. They simply stop replying. They also block you on Facebook. Scam

I ordered 19 plants,out of which all the flowering plants were almost dead. no temperature maintained as they claim,.. very bad experience.

i recently buy a avacado plant for 5000 rupees. I order it on 24th of september. today is 10 october and i havenot recive it. I contacted them multiple time but they are not replying.

I recently purchased a flamingo lily plant from Etree, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I had two specific requests that were completely ignored, and the lack of communication and customer service has left me deeply dissatisfied.

Firstly, I explicitly asked for the plant to be delivered in the pot they advertised, but it arrived in totally different and low quality pot. This was a significant letdown as I was gifting the plant.

Secondly, I requested that Etree send a picture of the plant before shipping to ensure its quality. Unfortunately, they failed to do so, leaving me in the dark about the condition of my purchase.

Just 2 days after arriving plant started to die and just 2 leaves are remaining. Pot they have had no hole at bottom which was extremely detrimental for plant

To make matters worse, my attempts to contact Etree to address these issues have been met with silence and excuses. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable.

Please value your money and don’t buy anything from Etree. Their failure to meet basic customer requests and lack of communication have left me deeply disappointed with their service.
