Excellent price and next day fitting.
First time with etyres.

Exceptional (eTyres) Service Throughout... Thank you.

This will be one of the easiest reviews I've ever written, quite simply right from the outset I have recieved exceptional service throughout. Right from my inital enquiry and just inputting my car registration, to picking my tyres and being advised of a better tyre (which unexpectedly wasn't more extortionally expensive) the reason for the advice (which I did subsequently follow). To booking my fitting date and having the tyre fitted by a very polite, efficient, helpful and pleasant person (sorry I cannot recall his name...), the whole experience I have had from eTyres was fantastic.

I have and will continue to recommend eTyres to my family and friends and I am sure some have already used you, this whole process could not have been easier... You put in your car registration, select your tyres, pick your slot and pay.... I was sent an email shorly after placing my order, acknowledging my purchase from my local branch and that I would be sent a text to advise of the time slot and that was it. On the day of the fitting I was duly sent a slot time and as mentioned above (the very efficient and pleasant man), arrived introduced himself and got on with the removal of the wheel, changing of the tyre and refitting of my wheel and everthing was all done and dusted in around 10-15 mins.

Terrible experience, avoid!!! etyres state (on their FAQ) "Do I need to call the garage before the fitting? There is no need to call ahead - we sort everything out for you. Your tyres will be sent direct to your chosen fitting station so they'll be expecting you. We'll send a confirmation text if you provide your phone number." Well: (i) my tyres were not at the fitter when I arrived (having taken half a day off work), despite the confirmation; (ii) when I called, it was clear that etyres have no tracking system so are themselves unaware of the status of deliveries; (iii) they made no attempt to contact me ahead of driving to the garage, presumably because they do not know what is going on themselves; (iv) this was all my fault for not reading the T&Cs as they are simply a mail order company and accept no responsibility for failing to deliver before my booked fitting slot; (v) their telephone number (0808) does not even work on many mobiles as it is premium rate; (vi) no apology was offered by the agent on the phone who was far from helpful or sympathetic. To be fair, etyres did agree to a refund and apologise when I submitted a refund request, having reordered the tyres from direct from another fitter (and £50 cheaper for the same two tyres!)

Fast service and good value

Booked a mobile fitter to replace a tyre, but tyre didn't arrive and I wasn't notified until after 5pm, when no other retailer was open for me to organise an alternative for the next day. Luckily tyre fitter himself through his company had a tyre of the right size in stock who came and sorted it independently not through etyres. Will not use etyres again. I am told that even if the tyre was available, Etyre recommended the wrong tyre type not compatible with my vehicle, because it wasn't Land Rover specific as it needs to be, even though they had my registration no.

They could've at least notified me of no delivery happening the day before, or on the day to allow me time to organise an alternative option, instead they have failed to communicate to their customer, and delivery a planned fitting. Awful company, never again.

Tyres not delivered to fitting centre. Wasted journeys x 2 times. Follow up not properly provided. One rude and angry support person. Over a week has since passed and I might get my tyres fitted tomorrow!!

The team at HIQ Tamworth are great, they take care of you car and ensure they all is well. Tyres ordered were there on time, and fitted at a time we’d agreed (I had to switch times from my original booking and the team were very good). Please note HIQ is on a small site and very busy, luckily the first 30 minutes in the council car park next door is free so it easy to park in there and pass your keys to the guys.

Found a replacement tyre available on the same day at a fitter near home at a reasonable price. I’d have probably fitted a higher end tyre had it been available but nevertheless seems fine.

AVOID. They confirmed me twice an appointment and when I arrived to the garage, the garage was closed. They refused any compensation when I clearly have to spent money and time commuting to this garage that was closed. So unprofessional.

Got a good price and quick slot I needed to get them fitted. Lot of choice of tires and locations to use.

Excellent service friendly and good price

E Tyres were excellent in that they provided top quality tyres, when I wanted and at a price that no other company could beat.
The company appointed to fit these tyres to my Porsche was Lux Tyres of Halifax and these guys were above excellent. There hours are from early morning until early evening, nothing is too much trouble, all done professionally and they even clean your car too! Outstanding and cannot be faulted.

Ordered tyres while away for long weekend having noticed a slow puncture at arrival at destination.

E tyres matched other prices available on line and also had an appointment available a day earlier than alternatives which was deciding factor.

I did need to contact their customer service as I made a mistake on tyre size on original order. This was resolved over a phone call and refund was also processed. Credit to lady on phone (can't remember her name).
