Finally picked up my EU passport yesterday. As a result of a couple of mishaps by officials, the process took longer than otherwise expected.

What helped throughout the process though was Elizabeth's unwavering support, diligence, determination, resilience ....hang on, I'm running out of descriptors.

Seriously, totally trustworthy. Not focused on the 'meter running' but on good, old fashioned, customer service.

I have just completed ‘stage 2’ of the process of obtaining my Cypriot Citizenship. The experience has been seamless and this is all down to the fact that Elizabeth has been brilliant in assisting me throughout.
