Ordered a printer Mar 14th

Ordered a printer Mar 14th, invoice said it would be sent no later than March 23rd.
It is now April 24th, and I have heard nothing at all.
I have created a ticket on the webpage. But that has just disappeared.
I would not recommend buying anything at this place. They took the money as soon as possible, but no notice about being late or anything with the printer. I don't know if I will even get a printer at this point, or the money is just lost.
