It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order. On their website, they state that standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. I don’t understand why they mislead customers instead of being honest from the beginning and saying that delivery can take over a month. The tracking link was not working, and I could only see updates when I contacted customer service via email. I have also asked multiple times which local courier company will deliver my package, hoping I could contact them directly, but no one has responded. I am still waiting, almost a month later. It’s a shame — this was my first time ordering from this company, and definitely my last.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs, very slow at responding if at all. My account was hacked and fraudulent orders were placed, they could have stopped them if they acted faster but they let the fraudsters get away with it.
Poor return policy and even poorer customer service
Not only did they take 12 days to acknowledge my emails but they then didn’t listen to the query I had or help or reply when I asked for additional help / discretion.
I ordered some Christmas presents for my niece mid November. Unfortunately, some of these weren’t right and she wanted to return them but upon doing so, she realised it was just outside of their return policy.
AYBL are one of the few companies that don’t run an extended Christmas returns policy from the beginning of November to the end of January. Their competitor Gymshark does as do most other retailers. They begin theirs on the 2nd December but they encourage people to shop for Black Friday (those who do so for Christmas presents would practically have to return them on Boxing Day! Not practical!)
My niece spends a lot with AYBL and on this occasion I spent over £250. It was disappointing that they wouldn’t return three of the items. No interest in sustainability clearly.
More importantly having to send three or four emails and online chat messages before waiting 12 days for any form of reply is extremely poor customer service.
I sent an email to the Head of Customer Service and the CEO - no response there either. Given all the one star reviews here it’s clear they’re not interested in retaining a customer base.
Won’t be shopping with them again.

I ordered an item on December 15th as a Christmas gift. My card was charged on December 16th. It was not until January 9th that I finally received a message stating that the package had been shipped.
I contacted AYBL on December 21st, December 25th, and January 2nd, but did not receive any response until January 14th, when I was told that the delivery time is “only an estimate.”
The delays, lack of communication, and unacceptable customer service make this a very disappointing experience.
As of January 15th, I still have not received my order, so I am curious to see if and when it will actually arrive.

I place my order with AYBL back on the 14th of November. It is now the 30th of December and I have received no clothes, have not been offered any compensation and have not been able to get a refund…
The tracking showed it was stuck with Evri for weeks before ‘being returned to sender’. I contacted AYBL repeatedly through emails, their online chat and instagram for updates but received nothing meaningful. They are extremely difficult to get in touch with.
I feel as if they’ve scammed me and are now doing everything they can to ignore me and keep m money without sending me any clothes.
Horrid customer service
Have ordered before and had no issues. Ordered on Black Friday and got an email saying my order was shipped on December 2nd. Have heard nothing from DHL so contacted them, they’re saying that they haven’t received the parcel from AYBL. The tracking shows no update since it left AYBL so it feels like it’s lost. Have tried contacting them multiple times on the website and via Instagram, to not avail. Feels absolutely horrid and it sucks because I love their brand.

I spent 3.5 weeks emailing about my order, and only after 4 weeks did I finally receive it. On top of that, I only received one item because the rest was suddenly “out of stock,” even though I was one of the first to place an order. Absolutely ridiculous.

Placed an order 21 days ago for 2-3 working day delivery. Still haven’t received it and Evri believe it is lost.
Contacted AYBL after 10 days. Twice on their chat and two emails. Finally received a reply today saying I should just wait another 7-10 working days to see if it turns up and refusing my refund request.
Genuinely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Serves me right for taking a chance on another gym ware brand. Better to stick to the tried and tested brand
Overall poor experience
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company, unless you're willing to wait a long time. Shipments are always delayed with the usual excuse of "sales". I wouldn't even bother with returns, given how slow they are to deliver.
Aybl leggings
Purchased leggings and jumper for my daughter the beginning of Sept25. By the end of October 25 the leggings had come apart at the seam.
I contacted the customer service department, they advised there would be no option of a refund or return. They have a 30 day policy of refunds for faulty items.
I have replied explaining that paying £40+ for a pair of leggings that don’t last for more than 8 weeks is poor manufacturing and I will not be purchasing any further items.
I received no reply from this brand, These leggings are not worth the money, poor quality and poor customer service.
Appalling quality and appalling customer service - don’t buy from them!
I ordered some gym leggings in the sale as a birthday present for my daughter. She used them about 6 times and the seams have come apart at the gusset. Customer Service have refused to exchange them as they are more than 30 days old. The quality is appalling and even though they were in the sale they weren’t cheap - unlike this retailer. I wish I’d read these reviews before using them. The leggings will have to go in the bin - approx £10 per wear!!!

Do not order from this seller!!!!! They're scammers. I have ordered on the 5th of August on their summer sale. I should have known it looked too good to be true! Parcels never delivered, tracking numbers provided redirecting to some weird web. Emailed them about the issue and they've started " the investigation". After a while on my request for an update of so called investigation and refund request, I have never heard from them since.
Got lost not once, but TWICE
I ordered 7 items during the sale in July, it was a banger deal and I was reaaaally excited for them. I waited for around 3 weeks with no updates, since I know during sales the shipping takes longer. My tracking info had not changed during this time. I contacted AYBL support and got told that my order had probably got lost and they could resend it for no add. fee. Since I really wanted the items I agreed. I had to change some things because had been sold out, but that was fine. Then I got the new confirmation and shipping info. No change for a week. Now Im a bit more angsty and paranoid and contact them faster. And lo and behold, the answer is once again that they are very sorry but it seems it has got lost... The same order gets lost TWICE. I had a previous good experience with ordering but this was just ridiculous. Asked for a refund and awaiting their answer... Im really really sad about it, since I really was excited for the clothes, but Im not going through the same shitt again.
