I ordered a full set of callaway mavrick irons and a Paradym X 5 wood from the callaway golf preowned website. After ordering them I looked at the reviews and became apprehensive over if my clubs will even make it to me. However, I received all my clubs 4 days after ordering. They are in mint condition, I really have no complaints. If you are looking for preowned golf clubs callaway preowned is the place to order from.

Easy website to navigate,biggest issue was trying to checkout purchased items.Reached out to Callaway and issue dealt with quickly and professionally by them.Item despatched to just outside Edinburgh yesterday evening and received Thursday morning.Shout out to UPS Delivery fellas,address incomplete but quick call to my house sorted that.Box pretty damaged but no harm to item fortunately.Great experience and will definately buy from them with confidence in future,many thanks

After seeing a recent promotion for 20% off purchases when you trade in clubs, I decided to bite the bullet and purchase 2 like new fairway woods. These arrived pristine and brand new. Great.
I then sent off a set of irons, putter and fairway wood for the trade in refund. Putter and wood was credited accordingly with the site value. However the irons were rejected completely. They then automatically charged me an additional £6 for them to be sent back. It's been a month now, and my clubs still haven't arrived. And there has been no response from Callaway as to any update. It has really soured my opinion on them, and will likely move away from the brand completely once the next club update happens. Terrible service

Saw a great deal on a set of paradym irons but given the number of poor reviews, I was unsure about ordering, but I’m glad I took the plunge. The golf clubs are of great quality and even though on website I chose like new, they actually look brand new which was a massive relief due to the negative reviews around quality. My experience has been very positive, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from here again.

Website seams to be run by a bunch of amateurs.
Customer service got no idea of what they are doing, I would be surprised that they even know what golf is. Pointed out that several products lacks vital data and cannot be purchased. Got a response that the items were in other customer basket and "reserved". Just an excuse.

Asked about an iron data that was wrong. Got the same no-clue answer that the website stated this and that.

Bought a set of clubs last year with delivey to Sweden, initial impressions were excellet. Clubs in good condition and decent delivery time. But just after 12 months of receiving the clubs the driver cracked behind the face. Now the company refuses to handle my complaint and doesn't eaven answer my e-mails. Don't expect them to follow basic consumer rights. Beware!

Bought a Callaway Hybrid on 14/4. Delivery in 48 hours. Did not arrive. Customer service team useless- coming tomorrow- tomorrow - never arrived.

Wasted experience/ club stuck at UPS Cumbernauld since 16/4. I cd walk there and pick it up in time taken to deliver 75 mikes away. UPS say my address is remote it is a Paisley post code.

Just received my order for a like new 3 wood HL and 3 hybrid. Both clubs are in pristine condition and I’d be very surprised if they’ve ever been used. Delivery was within a couple of days of placing my order and had the added bonus of being fully tracked. Great service and great clubs which I can’t wait to use. Would have no hesitation in placing further orders.

WOW! I chose "Like New" option and they are brand spanking new, never been used, Epic Driver and Odyssey Tri-Hot Putter. Such a great price.
The site did reject my Mastercard credit card, but was fine with Visa. Bit odd, it was my Bank that refused the payment, but the messaging isn't very clear on Callaway site. I will recommend to all of my golf mates and will 100% buy again. Feels like a life hack.

Again trying to buy item from callaway pre owned site, won't accept my card although card details are right ,tried to ring but no answer appalling service have emailed a few tmes,but,still no resolution to problem!

Ordered most of clubs from Callaway Pre-Owned (all my irons, gap wedge, driver & woods) varying from average to very good condition. Everything I have received has to me looked new or almost new. Communication with any issues have always been quickly dealt with. There are a number of sales throughout the year with as much as 50% off at times which is an incredible deal. Only downside is during these events most products are either out of stock or left hand only available.

I purchased a used Odyssey putter and a lob wedge. Both were quickly sent to me in France by UPS with tracking service. No customs duty was necessary (as promised). Everything was well packaged and both the putter and iron are exactly as was described. Payment wasn't taken until I had received my parcel. Perfect purchase....

A very professional company. I will buy again and will recommend to others.
