Thalgo Cream expired
The Thalgo Cold Cream Marine I received has a very strong, unpleasant odor which is not normal for this product. I have used Thalgo for years and I am well familiar with how this cream is supposed to smell and perform.
There seems to be a quality or shelf-life issue, but they responded that if the package is opened I cannot return it and no refund.
Will never order here again.

The BDK vaporizer broke
The BDK eau de perfume vaporizer was reasonably priced and was delivered quickly. However, after 2 months the vaporizer stopped working - and the bottle was 80% full still - and when reported I was told that because I used the perfume, they could not do anything about this. Terrible service, they could at the very least give a suggestion what I could have done to repair. A perfume this expensive should not be able to break like this. Never ordering there again.

Terrible Customer Service – Avoid This Website

My package was marked as delivered on 4/4, but I never received it. I reached out to customer support, and it’s been four days now with zero response. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to be ignored like this. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect any help—you’re completely on your own. I strongly recommend staying far away from this site.

The package was delivered within like 3 days and the product was not damaged. At first I was a bit suspicious but I decided to order and everything turned out fine. The reason I chose to use this website was because it was selling the cheapest I could find. The other shops had higher prices
