First-Time Customer? Prepare for a Horror Show
I’ve never experienced such confusing and unhelpful customer service. I contacted Mohammed regarding my order EU171726, which I never received, only to be sent conflicting information.
First I was told tracking showed “delivered” — the parcel never arrived.
Then I was told it’s “in transit” in the next shipment cycle.
They partially refunded €9 shipping while ignoring the full €120.20 I paid.
Live chat didn’t work. Emails were ignored, mismanaged, and inconsistent.
Mohammed’s email did little more than repeat the vague corporate excuse about EU delays, offering no real solution.
If you value your money, sanity, or time, do not trust this service. Their internal chaos will leave you frustrated and out of pocket
.Placed my order on 2nd February. Tracking was either nonexistent or misleading. French Connection claims “on the way,” then “dispatched,” then the tracking shows “delivered” — but the parcel never arrived.
Customer service is polite but slow, and their shipping promises are completely unreliable. For an international order within the EU, 10 working days is standard, but when your system says delivered and it isn’t, that’s completely unacceptable.
Honestly, I was excited as a first-time customer, but this experience has been frustrating, stressful, and a huge disappointment. Would not recommend until they sort their delivery reliability.
