I’ve been fully KYC’ed for over a year, but out of nowhere, my account was put into a temporary withdrawal restriction right after a successful trade. Customer service keeps telling me it’s an automated security audit and that I need to wait for the risk team. It’s been 5 days of absolute silence.
Charts, order books, liquidity... everything I need is there. Not perfect, but definitely reliable enough for daily trading.
Lots of events and free stuff if you pay attention. Deducted one star because the web version layout changes too often, gets confusing.
Be careful with the withdrawal structures here. They lure u in with zero-fee trading events or cheap deposits, but when you try to move your funds out to a self-custody wallet, the fixed withdrawal fees on certain networks are insanely jacked up compared to the actual gas price. It’s a passive way of locking your funds in their system unless u want to pay a premium just to leave.
Support eventually solved my issue, but I had to send multiple emails before getting a proper response.
