I have been trying to cancel my Ketocycle subscription for months now and have reported it to my bank I want it stopped but no one is returning my emails.

This company claims to want to help us little peons who have weight issues. I tried to pur have their diet plan but they will not help me to get it at a price I can afford or a payment option I can do. You make claims but don't hols up to them.

Absolute con Ketocycle diet
Absolute con. i have seen this guy dr berg online and thought he was great. so decided to sign up for this program. i should have realised it was just a money making con when i registered. Every window after my subscription was asking me to buy more products after product. Once set up i started my plan and then tried changing my meal plan which was very simple. Then i realised the plan did not change any of my meals. so i logged out and back in again. same thing no change. so i used a different browser. still no luck. so i emailed their support line and also went through the app for support. Nothing from their support what so ever. So i cancelled thinking they would reimburse me but no they have taken a years subscription. Cant talk to anybody about a refund. really poor.
