Unfulfilled order with no customer support
Ordered a chair through eu.libernovo on the 6th of Feb 2026. It is now two weeks, 10 business days, later and it is still Unfulfilled on my order.
They say orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and up to 5 during peak periods. Then 5-10 business days for delivery.
Have tried contacting them via email, Facebook and Instagram with no replies.
Seems customer support doesn't exist. Don't even know if the chair does.
UPDATE - 24/02/2026
Contact with customer support. Order has been shipped. The New Year holiday, 12th-23rd of Feb, caused a "2" week delay. This seems more reasonable with my order being on the 6th PM. Therefore only having ~3 working days before their Festive period. Would have still been great to know it would have been a delay till the festivities were over.
Will update here once its arrived and its status.
FINAL UPDATE - 04/03/2026
26 days later, I had to collect my chair as FedEx was messing me around.
So far Char 5 stars! Finally a char that fits me and full of features.
If you are willing to deal with the slow customer support/long delivery times then this is a no brainer.
I do hope they solve their support and stop to use FedEx.
