I love my Bambu P2S!! When 3D printing was invented, it blew my mind and now I have a 3D printer in my home. Thanks for developing you 3D products. The only negative experience has been products and filament being out of stock often.

I purchased the a1 combo and have not been disappointed. Easy to set up and get started. I love how seamless and simple the process has been from knowing nothing at all about 3d printing to making and creating my own prints. Great job bambu! You get a A+!

a real nightmare!
impossible to find any reseller in portugal, only two shows up on internet, both are around 200euros more expensive than oficial price, showing a discount of a initial price of 500 giving it around 400 for a1 which cost 369 oficially.

Bought on oficial store, no support, only chatbot, the delivery of 30 euros more was the most standard one, not even dhl express, weird tracking, sent in two parcels, one arrive around in around 1 week (eu to eu...), filament only, the second didnt show up stuck 3 days at same place then, weird status, dhl spport impossible to call, I am still waiting my printer.

After spending 500euros I'd expect a proper shipping and support, and way faster for a shippment from eu to eu
Giving a fork to 1-10 business days, parcel shipped around 48h after I bought it, starting this huge fork only 48 hours later.

So in December ordered a P2S with some filament to start as a newbie on the 3d world. After 5 months, I think it's a new hobby to me. Starting to create required stuff for my house, and printing from the resouces and creators around the world
The only thing I didn't think of, but more figuring out, is the necessary colours (and/or types) of filament need to aquire. It's looking like an addiction to me.
Unfortunately, it seems that Bambulab can't keep up with filling up their warehouses as some filaments are constantly out of stock. Hope they will improve this process, as I have (for example) wait for like 4 weeks untill the Matte Desert Tan was back in stock and I could order it.

Bambu Labs has the most plug and play product I’ve come across. Everything worked immediately and the handy app is truly handy. More addictive than social media scrolling through endless print ideas, sending them to my printer and keeping it running all day and night. I can also watch my print jobs from anywhere from the app.

Support person was not helpful and I couldn’t speak to anyone on the phone directly. Finally purchased and it arrived very damaged. Again couldn’t speak to anyone directly on the phone and the support agent was not helpful. We now have to pack this massive broken box back up, wait for fedex to pick it up and then the company will ship a new one once received. Not a smooth process or acceptable customer service for an almost $3000 purchase.
