Placed order on October 31st, 2025. Website said in stock and USA shipping. They claimed to have 7 units in stock. I contacted them on November 7th, 2025 and they informed me they had a warehouse logistics problem and it would ship in a few days. I contacted again on November 11th, 12th, 19ths, 21st, 24th and 25th. The website still says 7 in stock, looking at the HTML code it is hard coded, not actual inventory. I requested order cancellation and refund and they told me they cannot do that. They said they are waiting for the printers to ship from China. I reminded them that their website says USA shipping and in stock. They then ceased to respond. I have reported to my credit card company for a chargeback.

I ordered the FLSUN S1 Pro half a month ago. After my purchase, they informed me they couldn't ship it from their EU warehouse. They spent days searching for shipping options from China, only to offer an unreasonably high shipping cost (€920). When I declined, they took even more time to lower the price—but by then, I had already purchased another printer elsewhere.

I requested a full refund (€1,836.88) immediately, yet they are still holding my money and say it will take another 3-5 business days to process.

This entire experience has been a complete waste of time—14 days of waiting, no printer, and still no refund. Absolutely unprofessional.

I have had a great experience buying from FLSUNS eu site.
They ship from eu so its easy and ok quick.
I will definitely be buying here again and im now much more happy with my FLSUN V400 because i know i can always get spare parts :)
