Terrible customer service, no boots still!

I placed an order in 2023 that never arrived & no explanation & eventually got my money back after 4wks.
This year 2024 I thought I’d try again as that must be a one off!
But no! It’s 2 wks later no order has arrived! Customer service have no answers, no manners, they take days to come back to you!
It’s shocking for the standard of the brand! I’m so disappointed as the boots are beautiful such a shame the experience is dreadful!!!

Very upset and frustrated

Very upset and frustrated by experience. I was replacing a 2 year old pair of boots where the heel part of the boot fell off. I contacted SW to ask about repair advice and got no reply. I then ordered the exact same item and size but when they arrived they were at least a half size larger and too big for me. However the website does not do exchanges. The return instructions are complicated and it does not appear shipping is paid for. The return confirmation I got has the wrong price on it. I am still trying to work out how to return these very expensive boots. My emails to customer service have not been answered.

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service. I ordered these shoes on Saturday 11th December on 3-5 day delivery. I ordered with plenty of time for delivery as I needed for the following weekend. After contacting Stuart Weitzman I was informed on the Wednesday (after contacting customer service and telling them I needed before Saturday) that they were despatching my shoes. In fact they did not despatch until Thursday and put it on an economy service via Fed Ex. I will now not receive my delivery until Tuesday 21st December. Really disappointed and will not be ordering via this website again. Surely the correct thing to do would be to put the delivery on a next day service?!

As long as they use parcelforce the…

As long as they use parcelforce the shoes will remain a mystery. Yep it’s the non delivery issue. Are the shoes beautiful and well made, possibly but I won’t know because parcelforce are so attached to them, they just keep putting them in the van but never delivering , although today they are having a rest at the depot because they have been pout so many days driving around. I have always bought Stuart weitzman shoes but from department stores Russell and Bromley etc. This is my first and last purchase direct unless they get any other courier other than parcelforce, or as they are better known parcelfarce
