A beautiful lamp and a smooth shopping experience
From the order to the delivery, the whole process went perfectly smoothly and I received my lamp in about week.
The lamp came in a very protective package, was very easy to set up and is definitely in line with what I expected: straight to the point design, excellent material and awesome lighting.
Really love those Sphere light bulbs, they provide a great range of lighting.

Really Beautiful product
Really Beautiful product, good quality and seems to be a good, communicative service; unfortunately though, because being in Ireland I had to order from the EU website, the plug was wrong for this country which I hadn’t taken note of! I love it though, and so I want to keep it; I have emailed them regarding what converters they would recommend and hopefully will get a response soon, but I am going with an electricians advice here anyway.

I’m super unhappy with the lamp
I’m super unhappy with the lamp, both with the color of the base and with the yellow color that the lamp creates once it’s on, I tried to contact customer service but they had nothing helpful to say. I went to the Bon Marché in Paris where they told me they were receiving similar complaints where the effect of the lamp was completely different once it was lit in a room. Really not happy. And I was honestly thinking of buying another.

European delivery and a broken bulb
Had some confusion on how to order the Tala bulbs shipped to France. Customer service responded as they said within 48 hours and pointed me in the right direction. Unfortunately we had 1/5 bulbs broken on delivery and again, customer service responded promptly and assisted straight away! The bulbs are even more magnificent in person!
