Poor shipping material
If you ship the three products in a mega thin mini envelope, of course the corners of the books are damaged when it arrives. Ship your products more safely and secure, we pay a lot of money for it.

Delivery was delayed
Personally, I like the book. It was a gift for my friend. Everything went well except for the delivery. There were so many delays, I had to buy a second gift just in case this one didn't arrive on time.

communication is key
Ordered, received an email of the order being received by the company, then it turned to radio silence for 2,5 weeks (I went on vacation and didn't mail earlier), after 2,5 weeks I mailed the company asking why it's taking so long. To only then get the answer that the address was received wrong, that's okay can happen, but on my order the location mark on google maps was off and asked if everything in my order was fine and they said it was.
little bit disappointed that I needed to go ask myself what is happening and wonder if I would've received it if I didn't. other than that they have a friendly customer service.
