I would like to thank you for the great package which was a surprise for my best friend. Long story short, everything was amazing, from the packaging to the quality of the product. My only disappointment was that the personal message was not printed at all, except the punctuation marks... Beyond that, such a great experience!!! 4/5 for me.

It was damaged and they replaced it
It was damaged and no reaction at al.
After a while the contact me, told me they are sorry that they didnt answer.
Give me a few options and send me a new one.
Now waiting till it will arive.

Seems like a scam to me
Seems like a scam to me. My order haven't moved anywhere for nine days and customer service is not answering to any questions either. This was suppose to be a gift and given days for delivery were 3-5 days. Can not recommend

The delivery was very fast
The delivery was very fast, the product in excellent condition! My only problem was that my phone number wasn't on the delivery information and there for I had so much trouble with my local delivery company because they couldn't find me and I didn't know why. I had to search for my order for one week. But, fortunately, in the end everything went right and I have my purchase! Thank you very much and I can't wait to try the book!
