Shameful service
I cancelled my order 1 hour after placing it — a completely valid and legally protected cancellation window — yet the company ignored it. Several days later, they shipped it anyway. They didn't cancel it, refused to stop the delivery, and refused to contact the carrier to return it to the store.
Now, after ignoring my cancellation and creating this problem themselves, they are refusing to provide a free return label. Absolutely disgraceful customer service.
It is astonishing how quickly a company can drive away a ready customer. I had fully planned to reorder after returning from surgery abroad, but this experience has shown me exactly how little they value their customers.
Shameful behaviour from a business in 2025.
