Underwhelming
The order was much slower than advertised, with extra delays and the condition of the drive+motor supplied was quite rough.

Your suppliers are not my business, when you advertise a specific item in a specific condition I would expect to get it in that time and in that condition, both of which were incorrectly advertised. Your delay in providing the hardware costs money to clients.

Shipment took to long
The time for the shipment of the spareparts was at the time we bought it 2 to 3 days. It took 10 days.
Days we couldn`t youse our machine.
The sparepart in the first offer of EU Automation wasn`t complete. A second offer had to be made.
