Parts ordered never turned up . Company doesn't appear to be in based in UK or Europe as name suggests . Parts showing despatched on Amazon page for over a week. Made inquiries with them.Responded quite quickly saying Royal Mail had lost the parcel and a refund would be made (not yet received).
Proceed with caution. I bought a Roof Rack product which was described as fitting to Landrover Discovery 5 Roof Rails. I received quite clumsy brackets to fit to Roof Bars, not what I expected or wanted. After 1 month of emails and whatsapp messages, I still do not have the issue resolved. You cannot contact this company by telephone. No one wants to talk to you after they've taken your money.

Mercedes GL Side Steps
So far one star only.....
Bought some side steps, the package arrived somewhat disheveled, it's clearly been through the courier wars (unable to post a photo here) so I decided not to open the package at all and return the steps instead.
So I followed the returns policy and requested 'approval to return' by email
This was over a week ago, but nothing at all, the steps are still cluttering up my porch awaiting collection.
Euautoparts, as I am physically disabled please kindly arrange to collect these unwanted steps and refund my money in full thank you. Order #2532

I had a minor problem which was resolved within 3 days
