Produit EUCERIN anti-rougeur acheté

Produit EUCERIN anti-rougeur acheté. Impossible de récupérer le produit à l’intérieur le système de pompe qui ne fonctionne pas donc empêche la crème de sortir. Vu le prix du produit entre 15 et 16 euros de 50 ml acheté sur le site EASYPARA. Réclamation, faite par mail auprès de la société EUCERIN octobre 2025. En dédommagement, la société nous déclare nous envoyer un produit de remplacement. À ce jour, février 2026 donc 4 mois plus tard, malgré plusieurs relances par mails, nous n’avons jamais reçu le produit. cela ne fait pas très sérieux, surtout pour des produits à ce prix-là.
