Unfriendly customer service. They are clearly understaffed, taking almost 2 years to handle a claim.
After one year without any success, EU Claim sent an e-mail stating the process would need to progress with a UK Legal Partner. Chocking! If i would be interested in progress with the claim using oth... See more

Responsive two-way communication and effective customers' service when there were queries! Filing of the paper work could be less painful for non-EU customers who could be unfamiliar with the fields and what details to fill though.
Overall, thumbs up!

EUclaim has done everything they can in an extremely professional way to get me the compensation from the airlines. Although it takes some time and they do charge relatively high commission fee, they do everything for you that the only thing you need to do is give them all your information and wait for the results. And you are fully kept informed during the whole process. The no win-no fee basis makes sure that you lose nothing. Thanks a lot!

Very positive experience, no hassles. Just put in the information as requested by EU claim correctly and they will hound the airline company for years if necessary. I had no further need to communicate with EUclaim besides inputting the information required from me in the website. They keep you posted with the letters they send to the airline which I really appreciate and this really keeps you in the loop . The funds are transferred directly to your bank account with the information you already provide to them and you are notified before and after this happens. I recommend EU claim if you are tired of your airline companies making excuses regarding the compensation that is entitled to you by law. You'd be surprised how even large carriers (KLM in my case) are in the wrong.
I had tried to personally address the situation with the airline company but they refused immediately then I sought to look for help online and bumped into this website . The initial claims that were sent by EUclaim were also refused but they relentlessly attacked them by the power of the law and over a year later they were successful. You are given 73% of the claim amount, minus € 25 administration costs per passenger but I believe the work they put in is definitely worth it!
Be aware of this company they state you get money back after a delayed or cancelled flight. They actually take a huge commission around 34% from the amount owed. Not worth the time or administration.

EUclaim was great at helping me with a claim, to be paid by Ryanair. After one year they managed it! In between communication was quick and complete. Would definitely recommend EUclaim, and will use them again when neccessary.
everything went right!i got the money back in less than two months. :)
I've got absolutely great experience dealing with EUClaim. Everything has been explained, provided and communicated on time and very professionally. Thank you very much for your service!
It took a while but Im sure there's no other way. Everything went great and I got my refund. Thank you!
The process was very smooth and quick. I have received the payment from the airline within 45 days after submitting the claim. I highly recommend EUClaim and will use their service in the future.
I used EUclaim this summer when I got stuck at Frankfurt for one night because my first flight was delayed. It was a surprise how good they service was and I spent only 10-15 minutes on registration and sending a letter of power of attorney.
I have nothing to object about this company. They really do their job and I also received some money back because of the delayed flight from Wizz Air.
What I would suggest is maybe they could have write the % of the commission somewhere.
Thank you for all the help.
the airline does not even react when you contact them as a privat person, you need a lawyer
Well designed and super easy-to-use website. Also, fast and effective communication with their personell through the chat.
The submission of claim was relatively easy (besides the need to send originals to Germany, as the airline involved was German one). One would hope that the company would have local presentation in several countries (and do the document transfer between its own branches).
One issue which must be addressed - EU claim takes commission out of the compensation. In Germany, one can request in addition to the actual compensation, the costs of collecting the compensation. It would have been preferable that EU claim would have asked the full compensation from the airline for me, and add their costs on top of that.
EU Claim helped me claim for compensation for delay in my return flight from Rome last year. This is within our EU rights but dont think I would have pursued it without the help of EU claim. Thank you.
This review is not about whether Euclaim is able to do an easy job, i.e. collecting money from the airline when they voluntarily offer to pay. Rather, I would like to draw Your attention to their high and not-so-visible fees.
They took 27% plus 25 euros. In addition, I also had to pay bank charges thus they cost me roughly 40% of my compensation.
So yes, I received my compensation, but no, it was not because of any help from Euclaim.
We had a flight delay with ryanair. Although they claimed several times it was not their fault and thus, no compensation was given, they finally offered a compensation to all of us!! That was all thanks to Euclaim.
My family members (parents + 2 siblings) had their KLM flight delayed for a few hours (I think it was 2 hours). I accidentally found EUclaim on google, and decided to just seek their help in getting in a refund, based on the few hundred reviews I read on their website.
In about half a month, they have successfully won the case and gotten a refund from KLM for my family members. Even though their Compensation and Admin fee were quite high, but nonetheless, it was better than nothing. I know of no other such services that helps you fight for a refund from the airlines!
