Purchased ‘Linen & Bedding Spray’ via Euclove website on 4 Oct and, as of today, 10 October the item has not arrived. When I queried this with Euclove they advised that they will resend it but need to charge me again for delivery. I have told them multiple times to provide a full refund on the item as stipulated on their website. After reading so many wonderful reviews I am extremely disappointed
Totally useless product. Does not remove any mould whatsoever, even after vigorous scrubbing.
Very disappointed & also sick & tired of constant barrage of emails asking for feedback.

Day four and my order still hasn't been sent. I try to support small businesses, but when it takes days for an order to be dispatched, then I'll go elsewhere.
So far, I've been told: So sorry for the delay with your order, we're a small family business and have had an amazing response to the products'. 'Our current processing timeframe is within 1-3 days after the order is placed'.
I tried to cancel the order because I'm sick of waiting for the items to be sent but my request was ignored. Instead, I received a 'Your order is on the way' notification.
And yet, the Aramex courier tracking states: 'Not ready for collection. Your parcel is still being prepared for collection by the sender'.
So, I guess I'll just wait and wait and wait, and never order from Euclove again.
Bathroom Cleaner & Mould Remover Spray- Disappointed with product. It claimed to kill and remove mould. Arrived in good time & smells nice. But absolutely no mould deduction at all, even after prolonged saturation of area. Even on mild patches. Refund assured but no return label sent, just an address.
So I spent $36 on the product + postage. Now I’m being asked to spend $20 to mail it back before I can be refunded.
