Excellent client service and communication, reliable choice for courier. Some product photos are misleading on the website (photos contain objects not included in the package-such as mounting screws), but somebody contacted me to clarify, before shipping the order.

Extremely helpful and friendly (pre-sales) customer service.
The part I ordered (wire guide for the OG Patton) was exactly as described, so I didn't need any post-sale support, but I am confident it would have been just as good.

This shop is fantastic!
I orderet some stuff for my Sherman S, and the price was Sharp/nice - the description of the Items, where fine. There were NO picture but similar items had the same description so I was confident about my purschase.
The order proces was smooth and transparent - and you get your order confirmation rigth on.
Costumer service called me the next day, because she could see that I have ordered a item whitout picture - so she send me some pictures, and I confirmed by e-mail .
And within a few days I had my spareparts.

I was very hesitant to order from their website since it has almost no reviews anywhere. However, the metal cases for my Begode Master came in about a week (to Paris, France) and I was surprised and very happy! I'd recommend the developers to add order tracking to the website to calm the customers, because after I have paid for my order there was silence for 5-6 days before finally my local delivery company (Chronopost) had sent me an email with the "track your parcel" link. After that they had brought my order the next day. I'm only writing this review for my fellow EUC riders out there. Stay safe and keep riding. Thanks to EUCparts))
PS, the metal cases for Begode Master work perfectly well with Grizzla side panels for the power pads
