What a pleasure having Christina on my way!

I first met Christina when I attended a program about Women's empowerment & entrepreneurship by Women do Business.
Christina helped me find my ikigai (purpose in life) and guided to complete the business model canvas for my start up. She is open minded, gives genuine feedback and crucial suggestions. She is also a very good listener and makes you feel embraced during the session!

I reached a point in my career where I was looking for new opportunities and ways to grow. However, I wasn't quite sure about the best path forward.

Should I pursue a promotion on my current technical track, consider starting my own business, or explore untapped creative ideas? I also strongly believed that I am the one who should have the answers for myself because I am the one who knows me the best. How can I trust a stranger with my undiscovered purpose?

Before I met Christina at Eudaimonia Coaching, I had lost my identity. I was so caught up in the cliche of being a good provider, a good husband and a good father, I had forgotten who I was and what I needed. I first met Christina through the organization for women's entrepreneurship hosted by Women Do Business.Her task was to teach us what is "ikigai" and that was the day that changed everything for me. Having gone through coaching before and not finding it useful or impactful, I was hesitant about going down this route again. However I am very delighted I did, Christina is a great coach and has formulated a framework that really works!

Going through this course I was able to learn things about myself that I never knew, make clear and intentional decisions on what I want and how I want to spend my time going forward and have a realistic plan to do it. As a VERY multitasking person, running everyday operations, dealing with different projects, and working with different teams, I found Christina’s Code of Honor (COH) workshop a true asset for my communication skills and engagement within teams.

Christina Garidi, with her passion and “solving problem” mindset, created a workshop for team alignment, collaboration, and communication, combining theory and (mostly) action. In a couple of hours, she made me realize all the values that we should share in a team, how we can be faithful to them, and how we can use them for self and team improvement.

Being so absorbed in daily responsibilities and deadlines, Christina helped me realize on my own what is that I have to bring to the table for my team and what I expect from others. The most important, though, was the way all these can be a common ground for a team and how we can keep this alive. There are simple ways to show our respect, support, team spirit, and this workshop managed to change the way I see things now. The great lesson I kept from the workshop is self-discipline, self-control, and teaming.

I suggest for people who work with small or big teams to take the COH workshop because I strongly believe that it can change completely a perception for the better.
