8000070468 Order did not arrive

Placed an order (8000068718) on the 12th September, which was supposed to be delivered by Yodel the next day (13th) - received a message saying it was on it's way, then hours later another message saying it's delayed. Fast forward a week of daily nightmare communication with Yodel (and nothing being resolved, or explained) so I rang up and told the seller what was happening. I received an email from Yodel complaints the next day saying my order had been returned to sender, and to contact the sender for more information, which I did, and have had no reply . I've also tried ringing them several times and now PharmXtra are no longer answering the phone.
First time I've ever had such a terrible experience with this company - no reply to my last three emails and can't get through on the phone. Really upset :(

Ordered on the 16th delivered on the 18th fast and no hassle!

Shocking service, been on identity check for 4 days, will not respond to any of my emails and the phone just keeps calling out no answer. Do not recommend at all !!! Scam

Thorough online consultation, fast delivery and very good price. Faster than going through NHS.

Placed and paid for order on 15th September. As of 22nd September the courier still hadn't received it. Sent email and got no response

My recent order has been lost and after repeated emails none have been answered, also tried ringing the phone number provided and it doesn't work, so I depend on the medication from eumeds and am very worried that my order is lost and there is no help from them.

I have not yet received this item - after many complaints to yourselves and the courier I still have not received my items

Edited.. Review bumped up to 3 stars Parcel delivered as of now, different tracking number to the one given...need to work on their communication.
Now trading as Pharmxtra, order placed 1 week ago, 12/9/25, dispatched apparently 15/9/25, Yodel do not have the package. Apart from 1st email query with an "auto
response" further emails have gone
unanswered and the phone line is closed.

PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!!! there is a website that is copying EU Meds!! Looks similar but is a scam!!! They contact you by Watsapp. You are asked to pay by bank transfer, don’t do it as you will never see the product it’s 100% a scam!!!! There’s no online consultation, nothing like the real one who are very professional.

BEWARE OF SCAM!!!!

The pharmacy side of things was great but I've not received my order over a week later even though my order status is 'complete'. I've been trying to call, email and live chat customer service with zero response. At this rate I just want my money back, a not insignificant amount

This company is very trustworthy and honest. Have used them for quite a while now and very satisfied with them. Would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Very expensive and prices increase after your first order but at least you are getting genuine medication and it arrives quickly.
