I placed an order on 24 November for…
I placed an order on 24 November for some Christmas presents. It should have been plenty of time. Despite having confirmation and the money taken immediately. Of the five items none have been dispatched as of 16th December.
Numerous emails are all rejected by their server and messages on facebook just get automated responses. Bethesda took my money and just ignored me.
I've bought many items from Bethesda over the years, but this order will be my last.
