They do free colour match. All you have to do is send them a photo.
I had an issue this morning. Within 10 minutes they got straight back to me. The issue was corrected, I will never use another company.

I was struggling to find the right colour match for my hair, but the team were so helpful — they checked multiple times, made sure I was completely happy, and kept me updated every step of the way.
Their communication was 10/10 — I even got follow-up messages after my order arrived to check I was satisfied. The colour match turned out absolutely perfect, and the hair quality is gorgeous. I’m not able to find anything like this with this kind of quality in the United States, and the price is amazing!. Honestly, couldn’t fault EuphoriaOne. Not my first set of extensions from them and it certainly won’t be my last.
Had hair from another supplier before which just tangled and knotted all the time - but these are just gorgeous, and never had a repeat of this problem with EuphoriaOne!
The product itself is incredible, super smooth and perfect colour match to previous for me.
Customer service wise, I had a minor delay in delivery but that was down to the courier more than anything else but I was kept fully up to date on what was going on - with customer service even checking in with me on WhatsApp to ensure I was happy with everything - it really does make all the difference!
I’d happily recommend to anybody
