Euphoria One are absolutely amazing, cannot fault them at all. The hair quality is fantastic and the customer service is 5*, always on hand to answer any questions and are extremely helpful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Whatsapp team were amazing and so helpful and got the perfect colour match for me. The hair is such good quality, i waited until i washed my hair to review so i could see if there were any changes but no changes still so soft, shiny and silky. Delivery was also so fast.

Only thing I think they need to do is update it
Make it look more classy as some of the photos look x rated of the model on the website and also need Apple Pay and add tracking numbers to there orders

I have used Euphoria for over two years and there was a colour change in the extensions I use, so I contacted the team to ask, could I send in my old samples for them to match. The team were absolutely phenomenal; I asked so many questions & came back with more questions which was never an issue. I appreciated the detailed help so much.

I have been a hairdresser for 30 years and been doing extensions for 25 years . I ordered from these guys for the first time . I managed to order the wrong colour totally my mistake . But the customer care was totally amazing offered to colour match offered to show me the new colour before it was posted . Totally blown away by the customer service . My first experience with Euphoria One has been fantastic! My hairdresser has been purchasing the hair for me for several years, but this is the first time I have dealt with them directly. The hair is always so soft and natural looking, therefore, nobody can ever tell that I wear hair extensions. The customer service was also impressive, with great communication every step of the way, which is rather refreshing in this day and age of customer service. Please maintain this great level of service!

The hairs good quality, soft and thick root to tip. 10x better than ClipHair. However, since having my weave fitted I’ve noticed what I’ve now found from research, to be a moustache around the weave. Meaning if I lay down, I can feel all the little hairs that must have been cut for other extensions, or to even out the weight. But it is SO uncomfortable, I can feel this hair around each row (I only have 3 rows), and if I lift the weave up, I can see all the hairs that have been chopped sticking out. It just makes them uncomfortable and I can only hope they soften over time. Even clip hairs awful quality hair was comfortable. Tomorrow is a week since fitting, and I have washed it twice, but it’s still so uncomfortable it’s like stubble going into my scalp, like a layer has been cut off all around the weave during making it.

I wouldn’t use another supplier , this hair quality is another level ! I am a hair extension specialist and I also wear hair extensions myself I purchased Russian hair in December and it’s like it’s just been fitted it’s still so smooth and doesn’t mat ! I love this place also my customers love it I get great reviews everyone’s happy ! Thank you euphoria one x
