I have tried everything but one wheel…
I have tried everything but one wheel does not touch the floor so the item is not stable. That is annoying. This is because all peaces together make one wheel lift. It is like it can fall over. Shame. And now I have to contact the seller, instead they should contact me, because THEY sold a product which is not correct. THEY should make an effort to make me content. I should have given 1 star instead of three. Bad customer service. I work myself in customer service and I would never neglect a customer like this.

Not recommended
Ordered a washer/drier on 2/5 day delivery. Nearly 3 weeks later still not received. Company responds to emails with hollow information. Transport company does not reply. I recommend NOT to use this company.

I ordered a fridge freezer
I ordered a fridge freezer. It did not arrive, and then a week later received a message to say that it was damaged in the warehouse. So they refunded the payment. I ordered another, slightly more expensive as they did not have anymore of the one I had originally ordered. The fridge was delivered and the sealed plug was broken in half. The fridge could not be plugged in, and the delivery men refused to take this back with them, but left the broken new fridge in the middle of the kitchen. They told me I had to speak to the head office. I did this, and they said they could not do anything over the phone. I had to send an email and a photo of the fault. They said they would arrange collection. But I have waited all week and no-one has called to collect and no refund to my bank. Not at all happy. I need a new fridge so ordered from Mega hogar and it was delivered the same day.

Non delivery of two ovens
After waiting 5 weeks I received a delivery date for my oven. Excitedly awaiting delivery, van arrived, surprise surprise it was a washing machine not oven.
Eureka said they would sort out problem and within two weeks I was told it could not be found. I was given a refund instantly and told to reorder which I did. Two weeks later I received another refund, no email or text to explain the reason. When i got in touch I was told they were out of stock.
Eureka’s website was still showing them as ‘in stock’.
