Avoid EuroCargo at all costs.

I hired them to move 12 cubic meters of personal belongings, including a piano, from Argentina to Sweden. What I got was a nightmare. The owner, Ernesto, is not only rude and aggressive, he shouted at me on the phone, but also completely unreliable and unwilling to take responsibility for his own company’s failures.

He subcontracted a Swedish company for the final delivery and claimed he had paid for two people to offload the shipment into my garage. That was a lie. Only one truck driver showed up, and he confirmed EuroCargo had never arranged or paid for the extra manpower. The delivery couldn’t be completed, and EuroCargo refused to fix the problem.

Instead of helping, they sent a lawyer to tell me they “consider the job finished” and that I should take it up with Spanish authorities. They dumped the problem on me and disappeared.

This company is dishonest, careless, and hostile when confronted. If something goes wrong, and it will, they’ll leave you stranded and blame everyone else. Save yourself the stress and choose a reputable moving company. EuroCargo does not deserve your trust or your business.

i have a contract to have my pinball send from Spain to Brazil, from home to home adresse, but after the ship left Barcelona they did not do anything anymore, i complained more then 30 days when the pinball was already in Brazil but they did not do anything at all, so i lost my pinball

It is a company that has no idea about removals. Not knowing how to do logistics and they subcontract everything. I hired an international removals, and what they did was to hire extrange people to pack my belongings and put them on the truck through Facebook with no packing experience nor removals experience and first time working with them. So bad that the guys did not know how to make up a carton box to pack, big furneture, they did not know how to protect it, so they broke some things and all my furneture was scratched or derty on arrival.... They told me that the truck was only for my removal and it was a lie, they subcontractted a huge truck that was looking for other loads to fill the truck. The other load in the truck was agruclture or industrila palets. I tried to make a complaint and claims but they only sent emails blackmailling and intimidating. The story is so long a bad...Run away from them.
