This website is a scam

This website is a scam!
The MO is simple: Like many others I received a defective smartwatch. After contacting the customer service, I was asked for a video with the defect-the problem seems to be most common with their smartwatches. I was given a link with a return address in Slovakia, for which I have to pay. I think they only sell defective/dumped stock and earn money out of it. if asked for a refund, they give a far fetched address like Slovakia- Now who would pay a hefty return fee for a small item? Thus there is no refund issued. There are no contat addresses/tel numbers on the websites. only mentions multi national presence in major european countries. Reality-this is a HK based e commerce company with no real corporate or legal responsibility. stay away from them. If you have been already scammed, please report them asap to either paypal or other consumer forum in your country.

WARNING::::::

WARNING::::::: Keep well away from Euro Markt.de. Tried to return a rucksack which was delivered in a huge box. They insist it is returned in the same box to an address in Slovakia at my own cost even though they promote a 14 day returns policy. Repeated attempts to contact them have been met by the same online form. Looking at the other comments on this and other consumer websites I am not alone in being scammed......... I repeat ---KEEP WELL AWAY.....
