Bad communication. Placed two orders and in both was 1 card no longer available. They don't let you know in advance and on the invoice is written refund but they don't pay this automaticly. They don't respond to mails. I contacted through WhatsApp and after requesting multiple times I finally got the refund.
DO NOT ORDER. Over a month to get the order. And only received a very small part of the whole order. Never responds to emails. Complete scam and con.
Very bad. They deliver the wrong item. I order the ptw lamine yamal in a black version like on the photo, but they delvier only the standard version in silver and they deliver not in a toploader very bad. And the delivery has very long. I never order somerhing from there. I pay 37 euro for nothing.
Shameful. Part of my order was incorrect once received but when you contact them they simply do not respond to emails. I've been trying consistently for over a month. Avoid them!
Made an order that did not ship for a while. Emailed them, told it was being sent out soon. Nothing. Emailed again. No reply. No items and no contact. Terrible service. A shame as they have a really good selection and I would of continued to shop there if not for this.
