Slow service and unreliable - but overall ok
I ordered a TV. After reading the reviews, I sent a request to cancel the order and requested a refund. 3 days later, with 3-4 emails to client service at euro2deal and Goedkoper.nl ( it is the same company) and threatening to report them to the organisations given on their website at Geschillencommissie Thuiswinkel, I got a response stating I should get the TV next week as there was a problem with the stock. I wasn't surprised. At bol.com the same TV was out of stock and they all have the same distributor. Finally, after 2 weeks after my order, I got the money back. They are really slow, that's for sure. Other than that, everything was okay. Don't worry if you don't get your product, you will get refund. Try reaching both companies. Good luck! as for me, I will not order from this site anymore. I ordered from bol.com, and got the TV in 2 days.
