What a great casino with great friendly helpful staff… great bonuses and games to play

I am only giving it one star because have too!!!! This site is a scam! STAY AWAY!! They won't payout my winnings even though I have done everything I should. Support won't answer me by email and online chat are ignoring me!! Avoid at all costs.

They claim instant withdrawals but you have to beg to get your money, after they give you the run a round, then allegedly it's an insane amount of fees so on a $420 withdrawal they say I will get$270 only once I share a review. After arguing this morning the deposit was finally sent but I had to threaten to include screenshots showing abusive customer service and then saying only after writing a different review would they pay

The real question should be: what hasn't gone wrong? I didn't pay attention to reviews of this fine establishment :::: End Sarcasm :::: and really should have. I could have saved myself 7 weeks of anguish ( and it's still counting, with no date that my payout will be received.

I received an email from them because I had signed on to one of their sister sites. I redeemed their Welcome Bonus andended up winning much more than my playthrough, and tried to cash out. It should not take days or weeks to get your KYC verification handled. Thanks to AI, that should take seconds. But after an unnecessary long delay for KYC, their software would receive and external validation when trying to request a cashout. That non-sense went on for 4 weeks. I checked daily because I honestly couldn't understand how this could seriously be happening. But after 4 grueling weeks of being lied to with every communication, the request finally went thru. No, don't get too excited thinking I received the payout. Oh, to the contrary, I was informed that there is another technical glitch and they will have someone from finance contact me. As of this writing, that began 3 weeks ago, and not a single finance person has communicated with me.

Now, the reason I know they are full of crap about these glitches is that they are using a third-party platform (Rival comes to mind here, but regardless of the platform, I play at several other casinos that white-label the same platform, and not a single one of them is experiencing any problems with their payouts,only EuroBets.

I might let that aspect of my experience slide, except for the fact that nowhere on their login screen, or in any communications do they talk about these glitches. If a business claims to have integrity and ethical business practices,and isn't some slimy scammer, then they would mention some sort of warning, but not a peep.And just today, they offered me 200% of my payout, + $100 cash bonus with no rules or limits.

Would you take that semi-gracious offer, without knowing if you were going to get paid upon winning? Hell no!
