When going to pay a bill in Antigua…
When going to pay a bill in Antigua hotel staff says something wrong with the card/bank.
I call Eurocard and there is longer que than 30 Min and there was never any call back function introduced.
I logged in on Eurocard send them a message with URGENT. The message the next day says you must call us when paying over 50 000 SEK bill. I wrote that the price to call is around 1,90 USD/minute to call and asked them to call me.
The policy! is to not call the customer so the following day a 40 minutes phonecall solved my problem.
The woman i spoke to say they do have a Phone call back function.
Well the hotell i stayed at had Filé at the meny but it was not possible to order. So a bit of a same thing, no help if if there is no call back option introduced while ringing. Service Sucks Period.
Off course i like good security as a customer but above matter coukld be handled in a totaly different way.
