0 stars total scam I had a disabled…

0 stars total scam I had a disabled badge on view in a Nottingham Starbuck and still they decided to send me a £170 fine, I tried to fight it by emailing them and contacting them and they did not reply and instead sent the bailiffs out to me and after doing some research this company is famous for scamming and charging people for no reason. I think they need to be investigated as they are robbing and threatening the public and all of their clients like Starbuck should also be held accountable as they use the company for there carparks but then don't help you when you try and argue your case. Vile evil company that needs to be shutdown and investigate I guarantee 90 percent of their fines are false and are scams. The company and the bailiffs company they are in partnership with should bother be prosecuted and thrown in jail

I overstayed my time

I overstayed my time. I am disabled and fell when returning to my vehicle and nobody was available to help. I tried to appeal on line but for some reason there was a problem and I conveyed this to the company on the 3rd of January and still no response. In the end I paid the reduced amount. Despicable like all parking companies their only interest is money.

I have been unable to formally dispute PCN 88885516378 as your website blocks appeals once a case is referred to debt collection. Multiple written disputes sent but no acknowledgement. Please advise how a denied right to appeal is to be resolved.

This should be a minus zero

This should be a minus zero. Euro Car Parks are theiving scum. How they can be allowed to operate in the way they do is absolutely beyond me.
I purchased a ticket for 4 hours in a car park in Louth but was issued with a parking fine. I paid as I'd read the reviews of how anyone appealing a fine rarely succeeds and the £60 was cheaper than the alternative.
I'd accidently entered my registration number incorrectly. Despite having my ticket as proof of payment they would not accept I'd made a mistake and refund my £60. The sooner someone shuts this bunch of theives down the better. AVOID EURO CAR PARKS AT ALL COSTS.

A despicable, bullying bunch of charlatans who get away with using threats and intimidation to force innocent drivers to pay!!

A rogue, greedy, underhand bunch of modern day charlatans who fleece unsuspecting drivers due to inadequate or non existent signage in their shabby car park (often in league with their clients - Toby Carvery is a particularly notorious one) then have the front to issue an outrageous £100 fine, the amount of which far, far outweighs the minor transgression of (unintended) unauthorised parking. They then proceed to harass, threaten and bully you into paying (three things that would land anyone else in hot water with the police) and then sell your fine to a debt collection firm who themselves rip you off with their 'fee' and continue the threats and harassment until you pay. These parking firms and debt collection companies are the absolute dregs of society and need to be brought under strict control. How they are allowed to continue to operate in this way in 21st century Britain beggars belief!!

I am a university student!

I am a university student who regularly parks in one of their car parks in which i pay £6 each time, apparently my transaction was never processed although i have proof of it.
They have now sent me two fines through which i have tried to dispute, one has already been rejected although it can be clearly seen that i have paid and the money has left my account.
i have now had to pay £60 to dodge the fine being increased.
they are very unreasonable, the employed for this must be very sad people who only see in black and white.

What a bunch of scammers

I received a parking notice that said if I paid in time my fine would be reduced to £60.00. I made my payment in the time scale stipulated but was still charged £100. Ther ewas nothing I could find on the website that would help me mitigate this. Of course, there is no way to contact them. It seemed I couldn't make an appeal but no reason was given. I didn't make an appeal before payment because I thought it waould take me over the payment deadline.

Beware of Euro Car Parks

I work as a Personal Assistant for a vulnerable adult who suffers with severe Autism. I assist my client with shopping etc. and parked in a Euro Car Park during a recent trip. I often have difficulties to get my client to come out of the shops when it is time to leave. On our recent trip, we left the car park 12 minutes after our time. I appealed, produced proof of my job role and explained why we were late leaving. They took weeks to reply and eventually told me that my appeal had been declined and that if I was not happy with the reasons, I could appeal again. They did not give me any reasons as to why my appeal was declined and then blocked me out of the on-line appeals form. They cannot be contacted by phone and I had to send another email to a random email address. They did reply, but once again said that if I wasn't happy with the reasons for the decline to appeal again! I was given no reasons for the decline!! Of course by now, I owe them the full £100!! I have had to pay it for fear of further action. However, this company need to be looked into. I feel that they gave me no reason because they just wanted my money. Something needs to be done about them. I don't think that they even read my appeal as they kept sending the same reply to me. Shame on you Euro Car Parks!!!

ROBBING MILLIONS THIS COMPANY!!!

I had to give it a star otherwise wouldn’t be able to comment. ANYONE KNOW HOW THIS COMPANY CAN BE SHUT DOWN? It’s obviously SCAMMING EVERYONE! This is the second time I’m getting a fine after paying my ticket. First time they didn’t give me a chance to produce my evidence which is appalling and this time I got a letter through post fining me. But the machine DIDN'T GIVE US A TICKET! I’m thinking, why haven’t they got measures in place or a better machine which records your payments, quick to take photos of our registration but can’t get a copy of our paid tickets before sending letters??!!! How are you still being able to rob millions of people successfully and we can’t even do anything about it!!! they are an absolute DISGRACE. No one has got anything good to say about this company GET IT SHUT DOWN!!!!

The worst company we’ve ever…

The worst company we’ve ever experienced!

No way to contact them to even speak to a human, send you fines AFTER the date to pay an early fee. For example, issued a fine for us 23rd December; letter arrive 11th Jan, if we paid before 6th Jan it was £60, but the letters come after that date so now it’s a £100! They said we’d have two hours free parking in December, so we’ve been paying for 3 hours on top, and now been charged 3 times for 3 fines! And disputes take 28 days which means if it’s not successful the fine goes to £170! They are absolute scum bags!

Fined, even though we had paid and displayed

We paid and displayed a ticket. Got a letter telling us we hadn't and had to pay a £100 fine. Appealed and sent the ticket we had paid and displayed. Got told because we had not put the entire number plate in the machine, we had to pay a £20 fine. So we have photographic evidence of our car and number plate entering and leaving the car park (time stamped and sent by the company) and our ticket with the same times on. But because the machine was not registering number plates - or at least you could not see anything changing on the screen - we still got fined. Not going there again and will tell everyone local about what happens if you park there. Completely unfair.

Unfair parking fine from poor signage

Was caught in breach of terms and conditions at Pemberton Retail park. Overstayed parking limit as I hadn't realised there was a match. Did appeal based on poor signage of event however decided to pay the discounted amount as the pressure of the higher cost if appeal was unsuccessful was too much. Received a further notice today stating I haven't paid the fine. NO Email address to contact and phone number only there for those who want to pay the fine!!!

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. I was informed (mistakenly)that the 24 hour rate to park at St Wilfred’s St Preston euro car park was £8. So without checking the tariff board which I fully admit was a mistake I paid £16, which the machine allowed me to do, displayed my ticket and left to check in at the hotel close by for my two night stay. I subsequently received a parking charge notice saying I had overstayed as my ticket only allowed me a duration of 36 hours stay. Euro car parks letter states this is clearly displayed on the tariff board. The board does not show a £16 rate as stated by Euro Car Parks but a 24 hour rate of £8.70 and a 12 hour rate of £7.50 a total of £16.20 and nowhere does it show a 48 hour rate so how was I able to pay the maximum allowed of £16 by the machine unless this rate has not been changed when the hourly rate had been increased in the past. On a different point the surface of the car parking charge was in a very poor state when I used it so I can only presume in my opinion that as the car parking charge is only policed by ANPR style cameras the profits from parking charges and fines levied by EURO Car Parks lines the pockets of the company owners and or shareholders. If I where you I would avoid using this car park as I certainly will in future
