Using Aberystwyth branch

Very poor service
Very poor service, went to buy a replacement window bead for our new windows not yet fitted, told don't do them, when I said it was for their own brand new window I was told they only come with a new window. They do not stock parts.
Anyone reading this do yourself a favour and go to a different supplier, I emailed the company who have chosen not to reply.
I have replied following the details in the answer from Eurocell, and guess what still no reply, I think they just put a response to the negative comments to make any potential buyer think they care, I bet they never follow up with any of the comments here.
So if you are reading this save yourself lots of grief and buy from a company that will still answer you after they have taken your money, never again for me, two emails,telephone calls and branch visits and still no resolve.

The team at Aberystwyth were very accommodating to my needs (I required a new patio door) they told me how to measure what the realistic delivery timeline was and helped me with delivery, they even suggested local fitters.
